A Night We’ll Never Forget
We showed up at this restaurant around 10:30pm, knowing they closed at 11—and not speaking French, we did our best to communicate through a translation app. Despite the late hour and language barrier, they welcomed us with warmth, kindness, and genuine hospitality.
We ordered food to go, but they treated us like family. After a long day of travel, it was exactly what we needed. When we finally sat down at our place to eat, we were blown away. The food was incredible—flavorful, fresh, and comforting. It hit the spot in every way.
More than just great food, this place gave us a feeling we’ll always remember: generosity, warmth, and the kind of human connection that transcends language. We only wish we could speak French to properly express our gratitude. Thank you for turning an ordinary late-night meal into an...
Read moreThe restaurant doesnt seems anything special, like the food when they serve it, however, the taste of the pizza and pasta are incredible good, surprising good, much better than any other Italian restaurant i have visit in Geneve(including the "Les Tilleuls"). Ingredients test fresh, pizzas are very well prepared with a thin base. Pasta is well cook and full of flavour. Price is average (2 courses menu for 30 to 40CHF including drink).
Note: spicy oil is VERY spicy :) carefull how much you put in your pizza ;)
The only problem is that the interior is a little hot for spring/summer. however, the terrace is quite big allowing to many persons to smoke when you are trying to taste the creamy tiramisu.
Very good restaurant, but in this size of terrace a NON smoking policy should be apply because the smoke spoil the great taste...

But frankly it is somewhat of a disappointment.
First of all, the carbonara. Lardons. Cream. This is NOT a Carbonara. A Carbonara is made with guanciale, and NO CREAM. While this may sound extremely pretentious, no real restaurant in Italy would let cream anywhere near a Carbonara.
Secondly, the pizza crust is quite hard and overbaked. It's a sign that the pizza has stayed too long in the oven. It looks and tastes nothing like an Italian pizza.
I have to commend the atmosphere as the servers speak Italian and they offer ice cold Limoncello as digestif. But if you want an Italian culinary experience, you are better off...
