Clinique La Prairie — Local services in Montreux

I have stayed in the Clinique La Prairie a few months ago and ended up being disappointed with the experience. I expected thorough examination of my issues and above average medical help for the prices that they charge. However, it turned out to be more of a wellness resort with limited medical intervention. I was enrolled in a sleep program which had in the end a very poor content. The examination was very basic. The sleep specialist was very good but one didn't need the whole package to see a single doctor, the rest of the program was all about marketing the services which would help in the future, for which of course you had to pay extra. No spa services or any relaxation treatments were included in the program. However, I was offered a free massage in recognition of the swimming pool being closed. I heard from the staff that aesthetic medicine is very good in the resort, but I specifically asked before booking whether I will get a detailed medical examination of which I was reassured many times. In the end I did not feel that my issue was given due attention. I believe that the hotel is suitable (be it overpriced) for a nice wellness experience in the Swiss riviera with beautiful surroundings. The staff are very friendly and attentive, spa treatments are one of the best in the world and they do their utmost to make the stay very comfortable. I would like to share my experience with this clinic !!! Me and my friend was come for a day spa in reception was amazing russian lady who show as around and book as a massage!!! The lady Panipha who done me massage was amazing Best massage I ever had she was friendly and gave me loads recommendations!!! On the end of experience I had problem with my card but stuff was so nice and they even said u can call as back and pay but I didn’t want them think we was scam and never pay or comeback !!! For some reason my hard keep declining!!! When I call bank they said it’s 5 payments done to clinic so when we back to talk!!! Lady said I will let u to speak with my manager Eric Falcucci !!!! The way he talk to as I never feel so disrespectful in my life he look at my card and said to me I not even have a proper credit gold card and he will not pay money back as he not have on clinic account and walk away !!!! So if u not have a gold card u shouldn’t be treat the same as you still a customer at clinic!!!!! So if u want spent a day spa and clinic and u don’t have Gold card and u have to talk to manager be prepared to be talked like you peace of Sh….!!! It is a very beautiful place, but unfortunately I am very dissatisfied with the quality of services. The gastroenterologist Dr. Felix prescribed a procedure that was impossible to carry out, since the body was not properly prepared. I have repeatedly warned about this. I had to undergo anesthesia, after which my heart hurts. And the procedure was unsuccessful, as I warned. When the examination was over and Dr. Felix told me that it was not possible to conduct it fully, since the body is not ready (as I warned in a letter, then called, then at a meeting before the procedure), I was very sorry that I trusted this indifferent person. For her, the main thing is the number of procedures to earn as much as possible, and the fact that the procedure itself is accompanied by anesthesia and harms my health, she does not care.
