For the first time in St. Moritz and exclusively for Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinski - The Life Cube Cryotherapy chamber beckoned, an icy portal to the wellness. Hesitantly, I stepped inside, bracing for the chill. The air was crisp, biting, yet strangely exhilarating. The initial rush of icy air was startling, yet surprisingly tolerable. Within moments, a tingling energy permeated my body, a stark contrast to the sub-zero temperatures.

The three-minute session felt both fleeting and transformative. Emerging, I felt a surge of vitality, a lightness in my step. My sleep that night was remarkably deep and restorative, a testament to the therapy's calming effect. The promised metabolic boost was intriguing, and while I couldn't quantify the calorie burn, I felt a noticeable increase in energy.

We were staying in the residential part. The apartments are located a bit far away from the reception, so needed about a day to remember the way to our room. Got lost few times going back from the spa in a bathrobe. 😄 we didn’t like the Michelin star restaurant, but Enoteca was really good, breakfast is great with life pianist. Ski rental is available directly in the hotel which is great, the only inconvenience is the way to the lift takes about 10 min walk (in the ski shoes is not that comfy 😅). Concierge service is very helpful. room service is really bad, that is one thing you want to avoid, we’ve ordered twice and were really disappointed (food is not great except soups and we were waiting 2,5hrs our plates to be picked up, called 3 times and at the end put it out the room on the floor ourselves). Bellissimo albergo del XIX sec, resta un po’ fuori dalla quotidianità di San Moritz, quindi un vantaggio per le persone che non vogliono sentire il traffico del turismo. Accanto all’albergo c’è la fermata degli autobus verso tutte le altre destinazioni. L’albergo è bello come lo vedete nella foto, è una realtà da godere almeno una volta nella vita. Il personale è giovane con voglia di fare ed imparare. Lasciatevi trascinare nella bellissima SPA dell’albergo, a provare le diverse saune con aromi e proprietà diverse. Non fattevi scappare la piscina e le sale relax 😎 dotate di tutti i confort. Nella sala ricevimento troverete il Bar dove potete coccolarvi con il vostro cocktail preferito o assaggiare dei piatti internazionali o locali. La Colazione servita nella sala ristorante più grande, lo spazio accurato, immenso mi ricorda dei grandi alberghi del Sud Asiatico. Prezzo/Qualità sono in omeostasi Svizzera . L’albergo ci ha messo ha disposizione per tutto il soggiorno biglietti 🎫 per le funivie, autobus locali, treni 🚆! Fantastico 😉 visto che un solo biglietto giornaliero costava 69 FrCh!! Le camere belle spaziose con bagni moderni e se siete fortunati anche un bel terrazzo. Il Giardino di fronte all’albergo può essere sfruttato in diversi modi, basta avere immaginazione 🤪, essere artisti e creativi. Grand Hotel des Bains Kempinsky, mette a disposizione dei suoi clienti un area di 3.000 mq dedicata al benessere della persona. Nella sala relax 😎 dopo essermi coccolato nelle 5 diverse saune, si può prendere un buon Thé ai frutti di bosco, o ad altri gusti delle montagne che circondano l’albergo. All’interno dello SPA potete ascoltare una musica rilassante sdraiati sulle comode poltrone di questa meravigliosa struttura. La Piscina dell’albergo è un gioiello 💎 mantenendo lo stile “liberty” dell’albergo. L’ambiente dell’albergo renderà la vostra vacanza impeccabile. Buon relax in questo meraviglioso albergo.
