The food is amazing here! Whether it’s the spicy or the savory soup base, everything is pretty high quality. Not to mention there’s free drinks and ice cream on the side! Rice is all you can eat as well! Dishes are served pretty creatively, and servers are well informed of their products. The only thing I would say is that it was a bit crowded inside! Other than that...

很宮廷風的火鍋店 服務人員常常大聲喊「歡迎用膳」 店家也有一些宮廷服裝可以COSPLAY 自助區還有一尊兵馬俑 整體蠻有氣氛 長輩應該會蠻喜歡的

之前吃過很多次「這一小鍋」 今天第一次來吃「這一鍋」 湯頭有四種選擇(每種130元)： 1.御膳麻辣鍋→牛骨熬的湯底，微麻微辣的清淡路線，鴨血、豆腐可以續，鴨血算是目前吃過第二好吃的(第一好吃是台北詹記)，口感很滑嫩，但要煮久一點比較入味。 2.老火湯→這個湯頭讓人很驚豔，雞湯和胡椒香氣很溫潤，超級好喝。 (這個可以加價變成「鳳凰回巢鍋」，有一些配菜和肉，感覺划算) 3.一品酸菜鍋→沒有點，聽介紹鍋底有一份豬肉，酸度可以調整。 4.頤心菌菇鍋→沒有點，聽介紹是清淡的素食養生湯頭。

另外單點： 1.綜合丸→這個必點，牛肉丸很入味且很多汁、墨魚丸也很入味、其它丸子也都不錯吃。 2.蛋餃→這個必點，厚實的蛋皮口感很細緻，內餡肉很多。 3.海菜蝦滑→份量很大，但口味個人不愛。 4.濕豆皮→中規中矩。 5.金針菇→份量算多，也弄得蠻乾淨。 6.松阪豬→肉質很新鮮，捲成花朵狀，搭配乾冰，拍照很好看。 7.魚蛋→當月壽星免費送，是近幾年吃過最好吃的魚蛋，口感彈牙。

自助區有很多種飲料(沙瓦、冰沙、可樂機、馬玉山、咖啡機、茶類...) 白飯、冰淇淋都吃到飽 整體餐點都蠻好吃 以上菜色兩位用餐差不多17XX元 價位還算OK 之後會想再來吃 不過用餐時間90分鐘有點不夠 看很多人打包外帶 可以多吃一餐很不錯

PS.有個小瑕疵是在加鍋底的時候 湯匙會稍微浸到顧客的湯頭 這樣會有點衛生問題 ...
