What a perfect 米糕 we’ve ever tasted, not too salty, not taste for the strong source, but a very original flavor for the rice and meat, a little bit spicy to figure out the base flavor, it’s quite good! My wife bought and got in the car and said oh we have a foreigner inside the store, and we checked the history, it’s quite amazing that a foreigner can make such local taste! I believe that I will come back...

停車方便性 🌕🌕🌕 附近都是住家，雖然都是白線但是還是要稍微找一下可以停的地方已免擋在人家家口

食物口味主觀評論🌕🌕🌕🌗 筒仔米糕口感濕潤但又粒粒分明 ，醬料偏甜肥瘦肉都有還有加香菜，紅油炒手就比較失望不是那種川式紅油炒手是台式油蔥拌乾餛飩的感覺，乾麵也很好吃，有滿多豆芽菜醬料也調的很好，湯類表現都不錯 (大腸豬血湯、粉腸豬血湯、酸菜豬肚湯 ) 味道都很好 ，內臟類也處理得滿乾淨的，還有點肉羹蚵仔湯，肉羹就是一般肉羹湯蚵仔很新鮮，但感覺沒有必要特別點

價位🌕🌕🌕🌕 CP值很高，而且離交流道不會很遠，也不用進清水市區，如果只是單純吃個東西很不錯 筒仔米糕 $35 炒手 $35 乾麵 $35 燙豆芽 $30 大腸豬血湯 $35 粉腸豬血湯 $45 酸菜豬肚湯 $35 肉羹蚵仔湯 $40

用餐環境🌕🌕🌕 環境就是一般家常小吃店，使用免洗餐具，地板沒有特別乾淨，但桌子乾淨就好了，也不影響

聽了民宿老闆娘的推薦來嘗鮮的。 現在聽說已經是二代來接棒了，老公是外國人，所以聽說喜歡工作與生活平衡，所以偶爾會撲空(?)。 這次點了米糕+乾麵+豆干+酸菜豬肚湯+燙青菜。 1. 其中米糕沒有什麼味道+醬料味道，也嘗試加過胡椒粉，但是還是沒有加成的效果，不過的確像是大家評論的粒粒分明，但是口味較為可惜。 2. 而乾麵就是中規中矩，但是覺得醬料如果能更棒的話，應該會更好吃。 3. 酸菜豬肚湯，湯不錯，酸菜讓整個湯喝起來很舒服+解膩的感覺。 4. 豆干是我覺得整個點下來最好吃的，非常推薦的口味，如果乾麵+米糕能用加在豆干的醬油，我覺得會讓米糕+乾麵更好吃。 最後店面是鐵皮屋的，所以大熱天進去很像是三溫暖，建議涼爽一點的氣溫進去比較舒服。

偶爾會懷念的古厝小吃 而且價格也十分平易近人 顧客幾乎也都是當地人生意好 不過夏天來可能會吃得有點悶熱～ #乾麵 帶點嚼勁的黃麵 淋上黑色滷肉汁 簡單美味～ #蚵仔羹麵 帶點甜味及柴魚香的湯頭 蚵仔給蠻多的而且很新鮮 這一碗實在是很滿足！ #米糕 米粒Q黏口感不錯 但味道上沒有什麼香氣 上面的肥肉是Q彈路線 啊…好像是在廁所門口外面蒸 會介意的人就不要看？ #抄手 份量上不少 而且很便宜 抄手本身皮不夠軟 肉餡也偏小 下面會鋪豆芽菜 不過調味沒有什麼特色小小失望 #小菜 吃得出淡淡的八角味 中規中矩 #湯品 粉腸 大腸豬血湯 傳統味的早餐會出現的味道～
