今早（9/10）八點多，新來的兩個店員很不行，已遇好幾週，結帳時常搞不清楚狀況，要弄很久 今天我結完帳要拿咖啡，已經等了五分鐘有，其中A店員做完前一個客人的咖啡，（也是花了好幾分鐘），看我站在咖啡櫃台那邊，還問我需要什麼，阿我結帳時不是說了嗎？！拿個咖啡要等這麼久，前面還沒人耶

上週也是A店員，我結完帳後給我紙本發票，我傻眼，問她怎麼沒問發票要不要印，她回會員才能存裡面，我說那你有問我是不是會員嗎？我都用app拿咖啡了，我不是會員？！

一大早美好的心情全被打壞 上週後本想說今天如果又是這A店員我就換別店員結帳，結果今天的B店員一樣很不優

新員工的訓練待加強！！！

其餘的店員都很優，都知道常客的需求，譬如說發票印不印，咖啡加不加糖，都會主動詢問確認

瑕疵換貨SOP有很不愉快的購物經驗。用點數換購陶瓷杯，第一次拿到的在接口處明顯掉漆，就拿過來更換，店員表示不知道需要幾天才有貨更換...等了一個禮拜後，終於拿到更換後的，但還沒打開就發現盒子已經拆開過多次，封口膠帶上更是滿佈指紋，所以直接在店內打開檢查，結果仍有瑕疵，在杯身底部有明顯使用過的痕跡及交接處有掉漆，最後直接辦理退貨。另外也撥給客服詢問，是否換貨是拿別人不要的瑕疵品互換？客服表示瑕疵換貨，一般會給客人全新，會再追查。雖然只是點數換購的物品退換貨，但真的對這家店拿已經開過的物品再給客人更換感到很誇張，也覺得全家對分店的管...

店員態度到底在差甚麼？每次走進去，不管是要買東西、取貨，店員沒有半句招呼語、結帳過程沒有笑容，店員都在使用手機，店員對話毫無素質可言，態度、素質這麼差，麻煩不要出來做這種工作，好好待在家裡當你的大小姐，好嗎？周圍環境髒亂，三不五時就有蟑螂出現，也不見有人去整理，真的不推這間店面。貴店不打算管理一下自身員工素質嗎？購物體驗...
