My girlfriend and I spent a week in Morogoro, Tanzania and used Safaris Partners for each of our tours. We did a day hike through the Uluguru Mountains with their local guide Tony! Tony took us on an exclusive trip through the small villages and fresh produce farms to the Choma Waterfall. On the way up you see what the tribal mountain life is like and also get the amazing experience the fresh fruit directly from the farm or garden! The hike was a 4 +/- hour hike up to the beautiful Choma Waterfall and back into town. The next day we did a city tour with the same local guide Tony. He took us through the produce market, curios, and markets where they basically sell everything you can think of! It is neat and a true cultural experience to stroll through a Tanzanian city and see how other people live around the world. Don't skip over this opportunity! If you have the chance before, after, or in between safari's, join Safaris Partners for a true Morogoro experience!

It was a good decision to visit Mikumi with Safari Partners, Edward Ndaki was fantastic from planning to execution. He made us aware of different options available. He explained what sort of facilities available in the park and recommended the good ones. The Driver who picked us was on time-Freddy and on there way he made us understand clearly what to expect and most of all...we saw everything except Leopards..not bad considering up close with Lions and Elephants was fantastic. I really would recommend Safari partners and no regrets at all.

Had a lovely experience with Maulid and Christopher as guides to Mikumi for 2 days. Very informative, helpful, and made me feel very welcome as a solo traveller. They kept to the official paths and were very professional. Sure the car is super old and stuff doesn't work properly (chairs/windows/AC etc) but that's part of the experience I guess. At least the roof opened so we could see all the amazing animals! Booking process via WhatsApp was easy with fair pricing. Overall definitely a great experience.

Safari Partners is a third party booking agent. This means they will find other Company that will take booking. NO STANDARD and Less Service!

Our booking agent was Edward which was impossible to contact when we had a problem and did not do a proper job with booking causing a lot of stress on our Safari.

The 1) Safari vehicle used was not up to Healthy standards. After spending 12 hours traveling to and from Serengeti National Park, the vehicle was plagued by Dust and Dirt due to faulty windows, doors and no air conditioning which could help filter the air. This resulted in an unhealthy air quality inside the vehicle, especially for senior citizens.

  1. Moreover, communication with Edward became inadequate after he received payment for the Safari.

He also 3) failed to book the correct number of rooms for the duration of our Safari, leaving one night unbooked.

Edward also 4) misbooked our flight to Zanzibar causing us to spend night in Dar es Salaam in a very very cheap and dirty Hotel. After we paid for Zanzibar Hotel and missing the first night in Tembo Hotel Zanzibar.

Edward also 5) promised a city tour of Arusha though the driver showed up an 75 minutes late allowing no time for City Excursion. Edward should know his contract helper. Edward did not take responsible to his clients!

  1. Safari Vehicle had many problems: windows and doors will not shut properly leaking in dust and dirt, loud noise after starting engine, seat belt and safety bar did not work properly, and finally Vehicle Broke Down.

In my life experiences, words are Cheap and often used by individuals with Questionable motives to shift blame. Edward did not offer any refund, just a bunch of red excuses and misleading statements blaming others.

My recommendation is to find another company to plan your Safari!...

I went on the group safari for a day in Mikumi. Safaris Partners did an exceptional job setting me up with another group after the others dropped out at the last minute due to an emergency. The other company did a pretty good job with the game drives, although they seemed a little short and there was a bit too much waiting. The schedule of about a half day in the park for a day trip is a little tight, but it worked out OK because it meant that I could get back to Dar es Salaam that night.

The staff and particularly Edward do an exceptional job and are very generous and helpful, offering more than I could ask for. They provided everything I needed for the trip and helped me get around town. When I asked for hotel recommendations I was offered to stay in a spare room which was very cool. Overall a very...
