Extremely Disappointing Experience at พร้อมปัญญา Drug Store

I had a very unpleasant experience at this drug store.

The male staff with glasses was incredibly unprofessional, with poor communication skills and a complete lack of service mindset. When I asked a simple and polite question, he responded in a rude and unhelpful manner, with an obvious bad mood.

I felt uncomfortable and even threatened by his tone. It’s hard to believe this store operates in a tourist area, where kindness and professionalism should be standard.
