100% recommend this salon. I was dubious about where to get my hair cut in Asia (I’m from England and have different hair to Asian hair) and this place didn’t have many reviews or a website but some people on TripAdvisor threads recommended it. I went with my boyfriend and we were both really happy! For 600 baht I had a wash, cut and blow dry, for 400 baht my boyfriend had a wash, cut, beard trim and blow dry/style, and for 2000 baht I got a half head of highlights. The salon is very modern, like a London salon. They are professional, give a great friendly service and lovely head massage during the wash!i had several people working on my hair to get it done quicker which was great. We got offered complimentary tea, coffee and water too....

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I visited the place with the knowledge of good reviews from previous clients, which made me confident that they can do the hairstyle I was looking forward to get. I provided photos of the hairstyle and an explanation of what I wanted. But I don’t know if the stylist was inexperienced or what. He just started snipping my hair to the shortest he can. Until in the end my hair was left with an awkward length, terrible shape and very short length on the back, totally far from the photo reference I showed him. All the time I spent growing my hair just for them to mess it up. Definitely not coming back and for people who might visit them, spend extra time really making them understand...

Keng and Ong are incredible!! My hair is pretty dark and I wanted to go lighter. Throughout the whole process Keng, Ong, and the team were so intentional, attentive, patient and kind. Like many hair color sessions, it tends to take a long time but it was worth every minute and the team made me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Really loved that they explained every step and provided hair care instructions with so much knowledge!! I live in the USA and typically get my hair done in the states so I can confidentially say their process and attention to detail is next level, far exceeds my experience anywhere!!
