Spa itself is very nice, very comfortable, nice atmosphere and excellent front desk receptionist.

However the massage itself was beyond terrible. Therapist kept stopping, left room for long periods of time, but when she did come back and do any part of the massage, she used elbows so much, which can be ok but in this case not effectively and I like deep tissue therapy massage and asked specifically for this. I tried to clarify in the beginning as well as it started bad and frankly was not good in any way or relaxing whatsoever.

50 minutes into massage of a 90 minute she stepped out yet again and this time for 10 minutes. After which literally watching the clock tic, tic, tic by. I decided to give up. Changed back into my clothes and she came back 15 minutes now to see me leave the treatment room. Glad she had a nice break, it was obvious she was unskilled, not interested and or must be to tired or whatever. But to sit there in a spa room waiting/hoping somehow it would get better was not worth my time.

Unfortunate as it was near my hotel, I was looking forward to relaxing from a long work week and the spa had great reviews. So disappointing as I was looking forward to a good massage and willing to pay extra for a good spa experience, etc…

So I would not recommend for anyone to waste their time or money or as some of the other reviews highlighted - Maybe I was just unlucky with the therapist -...

Not Recommended – Poor Service and Lack of Quality Control

We visited this massage salon today and booked a 90-minute Thai mix oil massage. The experience was very mixed. One of us had an excellent session with a skilled and attentive therapist who provided great care. However, my experience was completely different.

The therapist I got was rough, careless, and talked loudly throughout the session. The massage was far from relaxing – in fact, it caused back pain, and I had to stop the session early. Despite this, I was charged the full amount, with no effort made to address my negative experience or offer any compensation.

Behind the salon’s nice interior lies a serious lack of quality control and questionable therapist qualifications. You might get lucky with a good therapist, or you might end up with one who leaves you in pain – and all you’ll get is a “sorry” while still being charged in full. Be cautious when...
