I was staying in another hotel but at the same time i wanted to Experience their Roof top Bar and Infinity Pool area overlooking the sea and mesmerizing views of Pattaya which i had seen on youtube so I went there just for inquiry about the roof top bar rates and timings. At that time I was not even sure i will take it or not. Once I reqched there i told the girl today is Thursday and I plan to come on Saturday, she explained me everything so nicely so I took all the details and left.
After inquiring in 2 3 other options for spending my Saturday i felt this one was best overall so I went there
So I took the day pass for roof top which is 500 Baht per person and we can spend the entire day there till they close at 12 Midnight and the best part is that 500 is Redeemable on food and drinks, whereas i inquired in hardRock Pattaya for day pass they said 500 Baht for entry and they will give me 1 Cocktail in it.
My experience was amazing, Views is superb, Atmospehre at the top floor is superb, staff is toooooo good, too polite, professional, helpful, as i was alone i disturbed them multiple time in the Day to take few pics of mine and everytime whoever it was took my pics with a smile on their face. Very helpful.
Food was very good, first I ordered thai papaya salad with shrimps it was for 200 Baht, it was the best papaya salad i have ever had in my life ( see pics) Then i ordered Chicken Fried rice for 250 Baht but i didnt find any chicken in it and tast wise overall it was just ok ok.
Drinks i didnt ordered as i felt the prices were on slightly higher side.
Total I spend around 5 hours there from 2.30 to 8pm, enjoyed it throughly, DJ, Music, swimming pool, food, pics, Videos all.
My total bill was around 530 Baht as they levy additional service taxes.
Lyn at the Reception was very helpful and also Pueng and all the Roof top Bar staff all superb as i dont know their names so i want to specifically say all of them were very good Thanks.
For Improvement, i think some more dj lighting would be really superb and little price reduction is needed to keep the...
Read moreI like the location, relatively quiet, clean, has lots of shopping places, clean massage spas, bars and only 25 minutes walk from center or 5 minutes drive and one block distance from the beach.||Hotel has 24 floors with great view. It has two pools on the roof decks and two bars with drinks and food in them however I like the restaurant at the lobby much better because the food there is really good. They also have a dining room on the 6th floor where they serve breakfast daily and dinner few days a week. Food was really good although the breakfast selection was limited in my eyes this leaving you with the feeling that you didnt get full return for the cost if breakfast but I have enjoyed sitting there and watch the surrounding areas while eating. Dinner was superb so no complaints on that. It also has a nice balcony where you can sit and eat.||The fitness center is quite big and has nice selection of exercise equipment but couple treadmills were out of order.||The rooms are quite big with nice design. I had an Oceanview room on the 18th floor with amazing view of Pattaya coast line plus a small balcony but unfortunately the room’s furniture is getting old and the room need some paint but I was told by management that they are working on fixing those issues.||And last but not least, the most important thing in my eyes is the staff friendliness and willingness to help. Always greet you and rooms are always being kept clean and neat.||So to summarize this, I have enjoyed my stay and felt it was worth the money paid. Will definitely go back in the future hoping the few issues I have mentioned earlier...
Read moreThere are so many good things to say about the hotel and most of them are positive.
The staff is excellent! There was a foreign manager greeting customers doing an excellent job of communicating as it was a busy time to check in. They speak very good English and they are always happy to help.
The rooftop bar is also a good spot at night or in the morning. The view from there is amazing, big plus for the two swimming pools.
The breakfast buffet was OK, there is a vast choice of many different local and western dishes, cereals and crepes. It does taste good and the variety of choice will make you try everything 😅 The only issue I had was the first two days I was sat in the A la Carte section which is the nicer area and then the final two days of my stay I was told I could not sit there which was rather confusing.
4/5 stars because the design of the room is somewhat weird. Don't expect to have any privacy in the toilet as the door has massive holes in it, no joke! My wife was rather uncomfortable about this feature. They tried to have this contemporary art design everywhere and it feels so weird for a hotel.
The shower is quite tiny, but the water pressure was great however it over ran the drain and water would flood out to the bathroom area. Rooms could have been smaller (extra useless space with a sofa in the room? I don't get it) to enlarge the bathroom with at least a decent bathtub. Check the photos on the website, you will understand by yourself :)
A very pleasant stay anyway for a very affordable price during Covid and I would probably stay...
