Raksa Warin Hot Spring — Local services in Ranong Province

Very nice place to visit. Staff is very helpful but doesn't speak a lot of English so i'll post some info here.

In entering the main building you will be asked to fill in some info (for foreigners just name, age and country) and put your arm in a device that measures blood pressure. This is for medical reasons to make sure you are fit to go in the hot pools.

You then get a keycard and a locker key. Don't forget to fill up your water bottles here because Theres no drinking water after this point. There's a changing room separate for men and women with toilets, showers and changing area. When going outside you have to scan your keycard to enter and leave it in a box.

The pools are very nice and warm. Instructions are clear and there are plenty of shower points to rince off before going in. The temperature varies between the different pools. Theres one pool communal for men and women, with 3 smaller pools per gender.

Everything was very clean and peaceful next to a river. Great to relax after a long day. It was open till at least 18h when we visited. We didnt have to pay but it's possible that non locals have to pay a small fee in...

A very nice place to spend an afternoon or even a day! There is a free hotspring pool but I paid 40 baht for 4 pools of varying temperatures of water. There were also towels, showers, lockers, changing rooms, a snack, and beach chairs to lounge in included in the entry fee. One of the pools was too hot but the warm one was really nice for me! I thought maybe a hot pool on a hot sunny day would be unpleasant but it was very relaxing. There are lots of supposed health benefits to the hot springs, like sweating out toxins from your skin, but I'm not exactly sure how well it works. Also, next to the springs there's a nice river to swim and splash around in, surrounded by beautiful trees and jungles with mountains around. Over all I spent a couple hours in this area but I would go again and spend some more time...

It's a public hot spring that has a free entry zone but at the time I visited the changing room was closed. The temperature each pool is different you can pick and should. The outside area there opens for soak a feet only. The shower area they use water from the mountain was good. They also have a private room in a spa nearby it's cost 400 baht per person. And another place they provide you a towel, locker room, changing room and a shower room, it's cost 40 baht per person, Thai and foreigner are the same prices but be aware of there towel in a rainy season some are smells.
