I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a Thai spa massage at Falez Hamam & SPA and it was truly a rejuvenating and blissful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a serene atmosphere that instantly put me at ease.

Really bad experience!!! I had called and booked for me and my husband.... I spoke to a lady who gave us the rates and setting of me with a lady and my husband with a man masseur. On arrival, we encountered an extremely unprofessional and rude receptionist. We paid money and went through and then I was escorted into a small cabin by a male and left without any guidance as to who will be serving me and what to do and where to go from there...... I requested to speak to a lady In order to understand how to dress/undress/ prepare for the service but the guy at the reception kept saying no lady, no lady.... I requested again and again that I want a lady for service and need a short quick understanding of the process but he kept replying rudely and mockingly asking again and again that is it your first time!!!!! It was really very embarrassing to be standing at the reception and pleading my case... explaining that it is not my first time but every place may have a different protocol and that I want to be sure to have a lady masseur.... A long story short, after this strange debacle my husband and I decided to leave as this was a very hostile place and we were not comfortable going ahead. We were on a vacation and went there to relax...... which is far from what happened!!!!...

Unfortunately a really poor experience at this Spa. I went with my sister with high expectations but left feeling utterly disappointed. The whole experience felt rushed, the jacuzzi water was cold, the massage therapists talked the entire way through our massages and kept stopping and walking out the room. Music was turned on halfway through the massage. The massage itself was very aggressive and I left with pain and even more stressed. The sauna was too hot (even the therapist noticed this). I was in there for 2 minutes and my skin was burning. It was easily around 90F in there. The only positive from the whole experience were the Turkish tea and cookies they had to offer - so nice! The reception team did eventually give us a discounted price for our poor experience however it was such a small deduction it was an insult. For the price you pay here, you can get so much more for your money at other local Spas. I would never return here unfortunately and felt like I’d been robbed when I left.
