we decided to choose this turkish net of restaurants for a romantic dinner. spoiler: it was good but that perfect
good points: kitchen is amazing. everything we ordered was extremely delicious (sea bass was not salty as it usually is, salmon bowl was fresh, desserts tasty but i didn’t like KitKat Napoleon because it was too tasty, but my partner liked San Sebastian very much) good location on the seashore in a good district Konyaalti
bad points: we ordered a sea bass and they didn’t bring it to the table so i had to come to a waiter and ask him to reorder it that is to say +15 minutes of waiting time waiters are not that attentive. we sat at a far table so nobody could notice when we wanted to call someone to order anything. i would suggest you to consuct some courses for your waiters for them to become more attentive and intelligent in serving. when i say a good service i expect everyone to predict my desire and not to wait for 5 minutes with a raised hand while waiting for someone to notice me plates for desserts were not that nice though a main dish was served with fancy boards 😅 tables were not that clean
overall, it is a good restaurant because the kitchen is extremely delicious as i have already mentioned but i would suggest you to advance your...

However, the service during our visit was disappointing. Staff were friendly, but extremely slow, and it felt like they weren’t properly trained for the busy season. Another issue is pricing: the food felt slightly overpriced for what it was. Also, the inconsistency around the service charge was confusing — one time it was automatically included, another time not.
That said, the restaurant itself is clean and pleasant, including the toilets, and the free green apples are a nice touch for families.
Overall, I’d still recommend Big Chef for a family outing if you’re after reliable, good-quality food. But I would advise management to focus on service improvements — especially hiring and training more staff during peak season, and perhaps offering basic language training (Russian, English), so staff can handle international orders...
Read moreWhat Turkish waiters and restaurant owners must understand is WHY people choose to dine out. So the answear is to have pleasure from it. That is why I choose to eat in this quite expensive restaurant expecting to have a big choice and great service to enjoy the moment. Instead I was told TWICE that my choice is not available. So we had to order something what wasn't exactly what we came for. Menu for children is not included into the main page and I was shown a menu photo on the waiters phone with no prices included which is unprofessional. The food was good but I have huge doubts about chicken schnitzel they served to my kids. They have said it is prepared in the kitchen but it looked and tasted like ready one. Other main courses were nice. We weren't waiting long for the food. One of the taps in ladies bathroom wasn't working - seems to be a standard not to care much about...
