We were at this facility in 2021 and were really happy - we had massages, fish pedicure, sauna and hamam in private room, some fruits were served and everything was up to our expectations.

Now, 4 years later, we wanted to reproduce this experience. But quite everything has changed. For the price you paid in 2021 for private room (90 Euros per person) only regular common facilities were available. There is no fish spa pedicure available any more, fruits were also not served.

For private room you have to pay about 230 Euro per person now! Well, I know, inflation and so on, but not at this scale, for Christ sake! There are no prices at the internet and even at the facility you have only a flyer with the full packages (private/common room), but no prices for the additional service. Hamam specialist offered me an additional mask for 200 TL, but at the reception they charged me 400 TL - practically, they can name a random price, since there is no official price list. Great spa, booked online via instagram which was very easy, and a reasonable price given the facilities provided. Contrary to other reviews this review was not forced upon me and i am leaving this 24 hours after my visit. Upon arriving we signed some forms and were shown to our private room which consisted of a jacuzzi, steam room, sauna, hamman room and a private shower/wc room. We were given 30 mins to relax before the ladies entered to do our hammam, which was very good and enjoyable. We then went back to the main room to wait for the massage therapists. We then had an hour massage which was amazing got in the right places and totally relaxed me and my wife. After this we then had the room to use to our pleasure enjoying the sauna again and jacuzzi. I love that everything is so private and decor is top quality and everything is clean....

We had such an amazing time here! My boyfriend and I were shown to our private room, which had a sauna, Turkish bath, and Jacuzzi. We were given a fruit platter and there were cold drinks (water, sparkling water, lemonade) in the mini fridge all included. We had some time to relax and enjoy the room before 2 lovely smiling ladies came to give us our foam scrub and Turkish bath. After that 2 other ladies came and gave us long and luxurious massages on the tables in the room. All the staff here are so polite and professional, the rooms are clean and relaxing, and it really felt the the perfect way to start our trip in Turkey.
