I STRONGLY DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! It was the most disgusting visit ever!!! While visiting this place, be prepared that you can be deceived at every turnt!!! We arrived in advance to find out the cost of the FULL SET of services (which includes hammam, peeling, massage, drinks, slippers, towels, etc.) and book a time. The problem is that after all the procedures, we went to the cashier and were "pleasantly surprised" that the cost had doubled!!! Hammam staff tried to prove to us that we mixed something up or misunderstood their words. But it's one thing when one person hears the wrong information, and not everyone who came at lunch and asked several times the final cost of the full set of services per person. Furthermore, the hammam employee, who earlier assured us that the cost of a full set of services costs 120₺, in the evening denied that he could tell such price. It didn’t even help that there were witnesses to this dialogue, who also heard that it was HE who announced such price. As a result, we had to pay 220₺ per person. And trust me, it's not worth it!!! If we knew this cost from the very beginning, we would have thought 100 times whether it is worth going to this particular place or not. After all, there is a big competition here, and for that kind of money we could get a better service with clean towels, clean couches and disposable consumables for peeling and massage!!! Had the best experience at this place. I was a bit sceptical at first even after making a reservation, i was close to cancelling because I usually always use the facilities at the hotel. Although the hotels are good they are triple the price and not even close to being good as this place. Firstly after reading reviews about the language barrier I asked the staff at my hotel guest services to call and make my reservation. It was straighforward they send a car to pick you up at the hotel and also return you after that was just perfect. Air conditioned car came on time. First glance at this place its absolutely immaculate. The ladies entrance is separate and it is all upstairs and private. You get your own changing room with lock and key to place all your belongings which was ideal. The staff are very nice and friendly. Even though they spoke little english it was enough to hold a conversation. We had the coffee scrub for an extra 40 lira which was worth it in total I paid 165 lira including the peel, foam, coffee scrub and oil massage. Bargain!!! You really do get the best experience. Traditional place with hard workers. They dont cut corners. I have to say this was the best Turkey bath I've had and I've been to many at 5 star hotels. I visited this place for the first time alone. I booked via S&S Travel (the agency directly facing Royal Seginus Hotel). At the time of booking, I specifically asked MUSTAFA how long the session will be as I was leaving my young children at the hotel with their father. He said the whole duration including travel will be about 2-3 hours and confirmed the Hamman would take 2 hours. He charged me a ‘discounted’ price of 30 euros as we booked another activity with him previously. I got to the place along with a few other women. The women who worked there were all over 50 and didn’t seem too friendly. I also thought it would be private but it wasn’t at all. Anyway they stuck me in the sauna and steam room with another group for about 10 minutes, we then had a scrub and foam massage for about 10 minutes and then the massage which we were looking forward to the most last about 5-7 minutes! Then it was done!!!! I thought it was a joke when they said we were done because the massage didn’t last more than 10 minutes! I telephoned the agency to complain after and he said it should have lasted 20 minutes. End of the day, I should have expected this. It’s Turkey end of the day and the people there are waiting to rip off the foreigners!! AVOID THIS PLACE AS WELL AS USING S&S TRAVEL WHO WORK...
