I booked this hotel because it looked really nice and kind of renovated and new. We arrived at one o’clock after midnight and we entered the room, which was probably not cleaned and not set up for for the new guests, which we were. The dirty towels were hanging on the door in the bathroom. The bathroom was not cleaned full of hair. The room was not cleaned at all. We let the receptionist know about this and he told us that in the morning somebody will come in to clean it up and since we were sleeping in the morning, around noon, somebody came to clean after we again spoke to another receptionist, then asked for the things to be cleaned even with pictures as evidence. They told us that they will do a deep clean of the room. We returned around four o’clock to the room and nothing was cleaned nor the hair was completely taken out of the bathroom. The shower is horrible hideous and we could not take shower in that. We had to buy slippers not to enter barefoot into it. The worst thing about this is that we let the receptionist know about it and we showed them pictures and they did not take care of it for me. This is not clean and proper. You are selling cleanliness and not something else every hotel you should know this if you do not have some other attractions in the hotel then you’re selling a clean room. I’m sorry for the owners, but this should be taken care of. If you are selling your hotel for the guest to use it as their own house, temporary house, then they should feel as they feel at home. I don’t not think that somebody has this dirty home. We even cleaned with cleaning wipes, so if the cleaning lady made some effort, she could’ve even easily clean the place. The photographs are attached. You can see the before and after of some photos like the hair dryer place and...
Read moreLiked · One of the receptionists was very kind and welcoming I think his name was Khan. He had a customer service experience.||Disliked · The room was not very clean. For the time of my stay, behind the bathroom door, there was hair, it stayed there all week. The room floor was not clean and was not mopped at all.|Although there is a language barrier and I understand that, I was told if I wanted to go to the beach to tell the staff, Half an hour before and so I did. On one particular morning, I went down and told Mr "Onglu" which I had previous conversations in English, that I wanted to go to the beach. For some reason, he looked very annoyed with me and started talking to me in Turkish although, He knew that I did not speak his language. He looked quite aggressive and at that point, I ignored him and went back to my room. Personally, was not a nice experience and I would never talk to a guest that way.|The beach is nice but when I booked I was not told that the beach is far away and you need the bus to go there. The bus comes to pick you up at a different time of the day and it is free. The only issue is that it also goes around other hotels, it takes about 20 - 40 minutes to go to the beach.|I had breakfast which was included only the first morning, I was never offered any fruit or omelette. I did not have breakfast after that. The staff never smiled very awkward.|The hotel's position is not great; if you want to go to the spot where all the shops are you need to take a taxi which costs you about 18 pounds return. Same if you want to go to the old town.|Around the hotel, you can find a nice walk and some fancy...
Read moreI booked the hotel through the tour operator in Germany. When I arrived in the middle of the night, the room I was given was dirty. There were toothpaste stains on the wall and sink, dust everywhere, sand from the beach on the floor and the bedding wasn’t changed. It was just made smooth and right after previous guests. I asked for a new room and it was as dirty as the previous one. Then I asked for a new bed linen, the receptionist brought pillows (probably from the first room) that looked used as well. During a week the room was cleaned twice, once completely the day before my departure. The bedding was changed, but I slept in it so I guess the next guest had to sleep in it too. Rooms, halls need renovation badly. Receptionists and staff are nice, but only one person spoke English. On my last night I cancelled transfer to the airport, I cancelled it at the company. Of course they didn’t pass it on to the driver. I warned the receptionist that it might happen and asked them not to wake me up in the middle of the night. They did come to my room and they also tried to enter my room with force , even though the door was locked. I would never ever stay in this hotel again. I met two people in Antalya who told me that their hotel rooms are also not cleaned and that they were dirty on arrival, seems like a thing in...
