So we came to this place to celebrate my wifes birthday. The outside was crowded and very hot but the inside was almost empty. We ordered a sushi combination for us and grilled salmon for our little girl. The sushi had a pale salmon which was most like defrosted and not fresh. The lictures with the cream cheese kinds that were included inside the combination had huge chunks of cream cheese while in the sushi we got there were barely sprinkles of it... The salmin looked sashimi grade on the picture... Reality felt different. While we were waiting for the food a group of people went in and almost immediately started smoking. The funny thing was taht they were sitting under a sign that states that smoking is forbidden. When i asked the waiter to tell them to stop he told me that smoking is allowed and suggested moving outside where there was a playground . It was very hot and inside it was air conditioned so we had to stay... That is until it leaked on the floor and was turned off leaving a huge water lake for the entire evening without anyone cleaning it. The salmon steak was not bad. After that we asked for a chocolate cake and two cappuccinos. the coffee arrived after 10 minutes and had flaky foam. The funny part was that there was no sugar on the table and the waiter didnt bring any... Just gave us the coffee and ran out. We asked for a strong coffee but it felt watery. After another 15 minutes during which there was no cake on the horizon we asked to forfeit the cake and just leave. The waiter desided to explain to me that a soufflé takes 20 minutes to prepare as if i never ordered it in my life. Never mind that we waited for 25 minutes in a very smoky room at 11pm with a tired 5 years old girl but also i was explained that i should be patient cause there is pressure on the kitchen. I told hom that i dont want to wait and just leave. When we were leaving aftering paying the bill he offered us the souffle for free. No thank you. The place looks nice but this is the worst service i had on turkish...
Read moreAs a professional chef with a deep appreciation for culinary excellence, I rarely find myself truly impressed—but Bella Vita in Antalya exceeded all expectations. This gem blends Italian authenticity with world-class technique and a surprising mastery of sushi that rivals top-tier Japanese establishments.
Let’s start with the sushi: fresh, impeccably sliced, and beautifully presented. Each bite was a balance of clean flavors and perfect rice texture—clearly the work of someone who understands precision and respects the ingredient. From the classic nigiri to their more inventive rolls, it was a standout performance I didn't anticipate from an Italian-rooted venue.
Now, the pasta—simply to die for. Al dente perfection, sauces that are both rich and nuanced, and ingredients that speak of quality. The truffle tagliatelle was a personal highlight, singing with aroma and depth, yet never overwhelming the delicate balance of the dish. True Italian soul on a plate.
And then there’s the tiramisu. Out. Of. This. World. Light as air, yet decadent in flavor. The mascarpone was velvety, the coffee-soaked layers just the right texture, and the overall execution showed restraint and skill—a dessert that leaves a lasting impression without being overly sweet.
Bella Vita isn't just a restaurant—it's a culinary experience that speaks to chefs and food lovers alike. Whether you're here for a romantic evening or a deep dive into gastronomic finesse, this place delivers at every level.
A heartfelt bravo to the team. I’ll be back—and recommending it to anyone who truly understands great food.

Read moreStrange place this one. An "Italian" restaurant that also has a separate Sushi menu. And their regular menu has other Italian dishes like "Mexican steak" and "Chinese Mongolian beef"
Lovely location, nice view, easy parking. Good, modern decor with a well considered flavour of Italian. Looks promising...
The garlic bread came out first and sadly raised our hopes too high. This seriously might be the best garlic bread I've ever had. It pushed the boundaries of what is possible with a 3 inch strip of crusty bread! I don't think it is possible to have garlic bread physically any crunchier, soaked in butter till it drips and smothered in garlic and some green stuff. Utterly awesome.
But then came "mexican steak". Steak, spiced veges, mashed potatoes and melted cheddar.
BUT IT WAS A SQUARE OF PROCESSED CHEESE!! WTF?!
Yep, two perfectly good bits of steak each with a post-modern square of cheez-foodprodukt on them.
It all sorta tasted... yeah, OK, not bad. The veg was spiced nice enough. The mash was fine. The steak was lean, tender and cooked medium as asked.
I can only give Bella Vita Bistro 3 stars, despite 4 star atmosphere and 5 star garlic bread. The hotch-potch menu and utterly bizarre serving of processed cheese on the main gives me the feeling this place isn't quite sure what it is and doesn't really do any one...
