Flamingo Divers was top notch. We dove West Caicos with Jayne and Mickey. I had not been diving in almost a decade, besides a refresher pool course, but they made me feel comfortable and relaxed. This is a great outfit. No carrying tanks to the boat, no setting up gear (of course verify everything though), and very accommodating and friendly. The rental gear was in excellent shape and the boat was as well. The two dives were "wall dives" off the west side of West Caicos island. Before diving, a great description of the location and dive plan were discussed. Safety was a priority. On both dives, after leaving the boat we descended down to a sandy bottom with scattered coral heads. When the group was assembled we slowly made our way to the edge of the shelf. The shelf edge is beautiful with reef cascading downwards. Visibility was great as well (estimate 80-100 ft). Just be cautious if swimming over the edge because you can unintentionally go deeper than intended. Jayne dove with us on the first dive and Mickey on the second. They took high quality pictures of the marine life and the dive group during the dive. On the boat ride home Jayne transferred all of the pictures to our phones. A nice bento box snack was provided during SIT between the dives. When diving, it is very important to have a small group and a safety focus. Flamingo does this. There is no question who I would dive with when I go back to TCI. Flamingo Divers was great.

I can’t say enough about this diving experience. I’m an advanced open water diver since 1976 And I have dove with a lot of groups. The charge was standard rate but I felt like I was on a concierge dive. Attention to detail, the pre-and post review of each dive was more than I’ve received elsewhere. Everything right down to the homemade lunchables between dives just made it feel more special. And though I am an old salt confident in my skills, they were attentive enough to point out to me after my first dive how I could regulate my buoyancy better with my breathing - which led to a significant change in my second dive. That they noticed, and secondly that they had no problems pointing it out was a treat. When all said and done, They provided everybody with wonderful pictures of the dive, no charge! It’s all so fair to note that Jayne and Mickey were two very charming people who I would find special in any venue. If I go back to turks and Caicos’s, it would be in part to dive with these folks.

We recently traveled to Turks and Caicos for Spring Break. Our trip included 2 days of diving with Jayne and Mickey at Flamingo Divers. I have to say, we had the most amazing time. Both Jayne and Mickey were amazing guides. They are funny, thoughtful and extremely knowledgable about marine life and diving. They were so patient and kind to me specifically as I have a bit of motion sickness. I loved the small group concept they provide. We traveled with friends and basically had a private dive experience both days. We were able to see some beautiful marine life in crystal clear waters. The snacks they provided were very tasty and much needed between dives. I would highly recommend. We will definitely dive with them again when we return to the beautiful island. Communication was easy and Jayne was very prompt to respond to emails! Thank you guys so much for an amazing experience.

Great Dive shop that has some pretty dedicated repeat customers. I was the only new guy on board and everyone else had a history/relationship with this outfit. I dont have many dives under my belt and so I can be a bit uptight with what I’m comfortable with. Mickey and Jayne could not have be more accommodating, kind, and professional. I felt good about trusting them not only from a safety stand point but also from an experience expectation. They took us to great dive spots and I was really surprised at all the beautiful coral and fish. I was expect it to not be so great due to the water temperatures rising but I really had a wonderful experience. They have done this thousands of times and I did not get a hint of complacency or lack of interest. You could tell they care about what they do and how they do it. Mickey, if you read this and you may not remember me but thank you for the extra weights. I know I probably didn’t need them but its what I was use to. Thank you both for a special experience. If and when I come back I will definitely book with you again. I hope you are both doing well and thank you for sending the pictures/clips. Kind Regards, Mark (late November 2018 dive, not long before Thanksgiving)

-If anyone reads this and is on the fence about Flamingo Divers and you see some garbage rating on google. It’s nonsense. I was the new guy on board and you could tell it wasn’t a turn and burn operation. They have folks who come back and I think its not just for the diving but the...

We had a fantastic couple days of diving with Flamingo Divers! It all started with excellent communication reserving our days on the boat. Sending our certifications and documentation was easy, especially with two different families coordinating the trip. Jayne made sure we had all the information we needed. Once at the dock, Mickey was very informative, organized and got us set up and ready to go and in less then 30 minutes. The boat was perfect for 6 divers and everyone was comfortable. Mickeys’ boat safety briefing was efficient and went a long way to making us comfortable. Their attention to detail and warm accommodating demeanor made the experience exceptional. We had a range of divers from newly certified anxious divers to 30 year divers (some of us with ADD who tended to wander off - and down) and they handled all of us exceptionally well. Their knowledge and appreciation of the local underwater flora and fauna added to the entire experience. We saw so much wildlife…lobsters, crabs, stingrays, eels, turtles, sharks and many many kinds of tropical fish. Also really appreciated the under water photos of everyone diving and the wildlife we saw. Made for great memories! We noticed other boats on the water crammed with divers and were so glad we choose such a personal intimate experience. We can’t recommend Flamingo...
