Would give it higher rating if it wasn’t for the hassle of parking getting in and out and getting to the mall itself driving among industrial trucks.The mall had shops that serve every need but didn’t see a big department stores nor luxury brands shops.Could use better lighting and cooler temperature specially it is summer Didn’t find that big of variety when it comes to restaurants.The mall is clean and has all services you could expect in a mall.Dalma Mall in Abu Dhabi stands out as a premier shopping destination, offering an extensive range of brands and essential stores, making it a one-stop-shop for all your daily needs. The mall is also very clean and well-maintained. 5 stars - for the Mall 1 Star for the Bad experience at TOYS R US

As a long-time patron of Toys R Us across the UAE and Oman, I was quite disappointed by our recent experience at the Dalma Mall branch. While shopping next door at RedTag, I allowed my two sons, aged 13 and 10, to visit Toys R Us on their own—a common and previously uneventful practice at many of your other outlets.

To my surprise, the boys returned to me shortly after, saying they were asked to leave the store by the security guard, Mr. Sahitya (I believe he is from Nepal). Concerned and confused, I accompanied them back to the store and asked the staff whether there was any store policy prohibiting children from shopping unaccompanied. The staff confirmed that there was no such rule.

Ironically, when I entered the store, the same security guard who asked my children to leave was casually tossing a ball back and forth with another staff member—certainly not what one would expect from someone enforcing strict store conduct.

What was more upsetting was that the guard claimed my boys were “too young,” despite my elder son being a well-mannered and mature 13-year-old who stands over 6 feet tall. He was responsibly shopping for his younger brother and felt intimidated and unwelcome—a first for us in any Toys R Us store.

My children are not unruly or disrespectful. They’ve grown up visiting Toys R Us and have always been treated with warmth and respect—until now. This unfortunate incident left them feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome in a space they once loved.

I hope the management will take this feedback seriously and provide better training and awareness to the staff, especially security personnel, to ensure children are treated respectfully and fairly—just as they have been in every other branch...
