I had an amazing experience at The Cake Co. in Dalma Mall, Abu Dhabi! The service was fast and excellent—every staff member was friendly and welcoming. The atmosphere was warm and inviting, perfect for enjoying a great meal.

The best dish was the pasta—absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection! 🍝 The fajita was full of rich flavor, and the chicken was juicy and perfectly prepared! 🌮🍗

Food is great but service is so slow and very poor. They dont understand english i think we repeat telling them the same thing 10 times. To bring desert and coffee took them about 25 mins...they count on the robot and no one came to remove dinner plates. They bring my latte and no sugar on table even tho i told them so...again really unfortunate to have great food but poor service and lo IQ. The staff were rude to me. I came on the 24/3 at around 10:30pm and I entered and said “hello, how are you?” to the staff there and got ignored no one asked me what I want to order, I left the cafe even though I really wanted to try their coffee. I noticed that they had an issue with their cashier, they could’ve told me to wait several minutes, not let me stand there and not even say hello back to me. Very rude, never going back.
