I don’t usually write reviews but I felt the need to after my visit today which is definitely going to be my last - I went for quite a few services I did a mani pedi, the tokio inkarami treatment, and a lash tint. In short: girls I do not recommend coming here for the first time at all before a big event. You’ll probably have a better experience at your usual salon.

The mani pedi was fine except I got cut 3 times on my hands and once on my feet. It happens sometimes but the fact it did 3 times wasn’t pleasant. I started the hair treatment which I was interested in because it reduces frizz, but the person giving me the treatment says that’s not what it does. I was pretty confused because that one of the things they advertise this treatment does and it’s what I was excited for and I added a screenshot from their insta. I decided to try it out anyway, and it was followed by the most mediocre blow dry ever which could have done that myself at home. On that note, another customer seemed unhappy about her hair styling as well which I understand why.

The worst part of my experience was everything about the lash tint. I booked online for my services so I would assume they planned their time with everything I wanted in mind. I was supposed to do it after my hair treatment, I asked where I should go for it and the employee said uhhh I’ll check if they can do it. The person who was going to do my lashes came and evaluated my eyelashes for some reason? They told me to come but honestly the vibe was that they didn’t want to do it. She didn’t put the eye patches on my eyes correctly and it burned my eye. She then pretty much wiped all the product that came off because I cried and said it was done. I told her the main thing I wanted was to darken my lashes, and she recommended a lash lift. I’ve done it before and it has nothing to do with darkening your lashes??

The two services I was excited the most for were not up to my expectations at all as well as the service in general. The receptionists were nice but beyond that point was not enjoyable. The branding of the brand gave off Japanese so I was expecting an attempt to provide that level of service but that wasn’t the case.

As a curly haired girl, I was extremely disappointed by the hair service here. Upon booking I informed them that I had long and thick curly hair and it was clear that my stylist didn’t have any experience at all styling my hair type. She was a very sweet lady but throughout my styling, I kept asking her to redo my roots and her response was a “your hair is just so thicckkkkkkkkk” as if this was the first time I had gotten my hair done.. I’m aware I have thick hair and that’s why I informed you ahead of time so you had the chance to tell me if you could style it or not. I also booked a hair dye which I’ve been doing for years, I have dark hair and wanted a bleach-free balayage and I was gaslit by a couple of stylists and told that there is no such thing and they have to use bleach. I have booked another appointment at another salon for a bleach free balayage next week… they just seem inexperienced to summarize. My hair treatment was also not rinsed out properly despite me asking her several times to remove the product from my neck, she turned off the water and put the towel on my hair and told me we had to go back to the chair expecting me to leave with product on my neck. I had to insist that she washes the product off my neck a couple of times before she did. The product was not rinsed out of my hair properly either which made the styling afterwards make my hair look very dense and oily…… I was then told at the counter that I could come back the next day to wash my hair and redo it so it doesn’t look oily but I don’t have 4 more hours to waste. I had to resort to taking the flat iron and doing my own roots at the salon to show her how to properly straighten my hair😭 this was honestly one of the worst hair experiences I’ve ever had and I will definitely not be coming back here ever again.

Update: I woke up the next day and my lash lift was curled completely to the back. I messaged them afterwards and they completely started...

This is definitely my new go-to spot whenever I want to get pampered from head to toe! The place offers pretty much everything in one building – super convenient.

The prices are fair, in the mid-range. The staff are incredibly kind and welcoming, and I really appreciated the little touch of being offered drinks during my visit.

A special shoutout to the nail team – they did an amazing job on my nails with great attention to detail. The ladies were also extremely friendly and made me feel very comfortable.

I also got my hair washed and had a blow-dry done. It was okay overall – not the best I’ve ever had, mainly because not many products were used, and there was no finishing touch like oil or setting spray to help the style last in the warm weather.

That said, the salon has definitely earned my trust – and that means a lot to me. Especially when it comes to facials, I’m usually very cautious, as there are many places where the experience can be disappointing. But here, I genuinely feel confident.

Next week, I’ll be getting a facial done – and I’m really curious to see how it turns out. I truly hope they put the same care and quality into that service too. I’ll definitely update once I’ve tried it

Facial experience :

The facial was great! I’m usually very sensitive and facials can be quite painful for me, but the lady who treated me was incredibly kind and patient. She took her time, made me laugh with a few jokes, and even gave me breaks whenever I needed them to make the experience more comfortable.

About a week later, all the marks from the facial were gone — not scars, just the usual redness — and now my skin looks smooth and pore-free. I’m so happy with the results!

I’m actually going back today to get my nails done because they are seriously the best! I’m also thinking of booking another facial while I’m there. Definitely a 10 out of...
