I recently had the pleasure of dining at Vietnamese Pho, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. From the warm and inviting ambiance to the mouthwatering flavors, this restaurant truly captures the essence of Vietnamese cuisine.

First and foremost, the star of the show is their pho. The rich and aromatic broth is a work of art, infused with fragrant herbs and spices that transport you straight to the streets of Hanoi. This restaurant is a 10 out of 10, absolutely perfect! The flavors and cooking are on point.

The pho broth is super rich and flavorful, packed with that deep beefy goodness, and the noodles are perfectly smooth and bouncy. The sliced beef is top quality, so tender and just melts in your mouth.

The black pepper beef is made with tenderloin, so it’s insanely juicy and soft. The black pepper sauce is bold but not overpowering, letting the beef’s natural flavor shine.

Even the XO sauce stir-fried squid is done right. They use red, yellow, and green bell peppers for color, and the carrot cuts have three different styles—attention to detail is next level. The cooking is spot on, everything is cooked to the perfect doneness, super fresh and tender.

Oh and even the fried egg isn’t just some basic pan-fried egg, it’s done in a asian style wok, so the edges are crispy, but the yolk stays perfectly runny with just the right amount of oil. The chef here clearly knows their stuff.

Vietnamese Pho is a restaurant that I go to almost every weekend for dinner.

I enjoy the ambience of this cozy restaurant and am impressed with the top notch service that they provide. They are very prompt with the order as well as helping with choosing new items off the menu to try.

Their Vietnamese food including Banh Mi, Pho and other Vietnamese delicacies, along with Thai, Chinese and other eastern rice and noodle dishes as well as soups, is simply marvelous. Their coffees and teas are to die for.

The subtlety of the flavours, the textures of their meats, noodles and rice, and the aroma of the broths, all come together to give you a memorable experience each time you dine in this establishment.

I consider myself extremely lucky to be able to enjoy my meals here regularly, and will keep doing so for the foreseeable future.
