I am a regular customer I visit the restaurant at least twice a month. My experience last Saturday was very bad . I ordered a variety of food . But the (kosa mahshe ) Stuffed zucchini was not cooked as well the rice inside not cooked . But I ordered this dish for my son as he loved it . But after he eat 1 full and half Stuffed zucchini he told me you can eat the rest it so yummy . So I did tried the left over half it’s horrible the rice. Still not even half cooked the zucchini not cooked it’s hard to chew . But the funny part the stuff even didn’t say sorry they are so relax and doesn’t care . I called the 1 waiter I informed him but no reaction no even sorry . He said ok will tell the chef . Then after a while other waiter come said is all Ok ? I said the story again then he said ok will tell the chef . After a while he come with a plate and fork . He said I will take it and let the chef check. After a while he come back with 2 zucchini in a plate 1 piece of meat . He said you know the chef said this was on the top of the pan and doesn’t cooked . Take that one now . No sorry nothing . And I do cook at hope too how come . It never happens with me . The upper ones never cooked . This is a restaurant before serving food need to make sure all cooked. But most I am disappointed from the staff reaction and how they handle the complaint and upset customer . No even single sorry . I recently visited Mosaic Restaurant and had one of the most amazing Middle Eastern dining experiences ever! From the food to the atmosphere, everything was perfect.

I ordered the Dawoud Basha, and it was absolutely divine—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The spices were perfectly balanced, and the meat just melted in my mouth. It’s a must-try if you love authentic Middle Eastern cuisine!

But that’s not all—the Beiruti Hummus was out of this world! Creamy, rich, and packed with flavor, it was easily one of the best hummus dishes I’ve ever had. The freshness of the ingredients really stood out, and the garlic and lemon notes were just perfect.

And let’s talk about their bread—oh my goodness! Freshly baked, warm, and so soft, it was the perfect companion to the hummus and other dishes. I couldn’t stop eating it!
