Following all the time, money spent, and comments made this last visit yesterday was undoubtedly our last. I've spoken to management about the condition of the center, cleanliness, sanitary conditions, staffing and equipment. I've asked repeatedly for the cushions in the free play area to be repaired(doesn't happen). Bacteria collects in the exposed form areas and there are many. No one is cleaning the trash in the soft play area, and even worse there's no supervision. Compared to the MP in Sharjah this location simply saddens me. I asked how often is the area sanitised and I was advised once a week. It is NOT enough. Parts of the area wasn't working and for the amount of money people spend here this place should be spotless and feeling/smelling clean and fresh. I'm tired of asking. So my decision is to protect the health of my children and simply go elsewhere. This follows a minimum of 6 requests for improvement referred to management. I'm always told we'll address it and it simply does not happen. Enough...

Extremely lovely Place it have soft paly area , total new Ride called Party Dance and Surely Bumper Car amd Cups ride many choices of Video Games and small Kiddie rides with Ticket and toys Machines and few arcade for adults as well. Average rides for kids. Grown up kids do jit enjoy much as rides are thrilling for younger age group only. Plus its expensive. If you need to play single game it costs even more. Buying a deal is best option but that too finishes quickly as its takes lot of point for single game. Good if you don't have much to explore at some far...
