Very disappointing experience at the Customer Happiness Centre – Al Ghubaiba, Sharjah. My wife went for fingerprint capture for her Emirates ID, but was told the service is not available for females – which is not mentioned on the ICP website. The receptionist or security person (Not sure actual position), an Arabic national, was speaking only in Arabic and made no effort to communicate in English, leaving my wife confused and helpless. Thankfully, someone from the counters noticed and stepped in to help. He kindly guided her to the Rahmania Customer Happiness Centre, where the service was available. Sincere thanks to him for his support – his professionalism stood out in an otherwise poor experience.

The center is in a good location among inhabited buildings and close to transportation, but there is no fingerprinting for women at all..for men only..and you must print all your required papers before going to save your time and complete the transaction properly and quickly.

Exceptional service from start to finish! The staff at the biometric center were extremely professional, polite, and efficient. The entire process was smooth, well-organized, and completed much faster than I expected.

They asked me to buy pants because apparently shorts for men are not acceptable inside the office. Well, if that’s the case then they should make it clear before people show up for their appointments. It was not written anywhere on the form that you need to wear pants and not shorts. Of course, the security guards and receptionist have no manners to deal...
