I recently had the pleasure of visiting Sharjah Public Health Center, and I can confidently say it was one of the best healthcare experiences I’ve ever had. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the entire staff. The facility itself is immaculate, with a calming ambiance that immediately puts you at ease.

Eman and Fatima at the reception (counter number 5) were exceptionally welcoming and attentive, making my visit seamless from start to finish. Their warm demeanor and efficient service set a positive tone for the entire experience.

The care I received was exceptional. Every aspect of my visit was handled with the utmost attention to detail. The staff took the time to listen to my concerns, and I never felt rushed. They were incredibly knowledgeable and provided thorough explanations, ensuring I understood every step of my treatment plan.

I’m not rating the service here. Might be information for parents who has just two names in their passport.When I came here to request to keep my newborn birth certificate parents name as per my passport- they cannot do it - They will add mpassport backside page name ( father name ) in addition to my original name . So my name will be repeated with my fathers name two times . They don’t have a solution for this - they ask to change my name with three or more ;)

However when I did same thing in Dubai some year ago, I never faced such issues.

I called 8008877 and spoke to Ahmed and Abdulrahman - both are saying we are only managing the facility not the process, called back 80011111 . I called ministry, they said it not managed by them call back 8008877.. going in circles...

Appreciate the reduce waiting time and quick procedures here to get the visa medical done quickly. It is a bit confusing which building to go first then to which building to complete the procedures, just need to ask and go each time that's all. Normally less crowded and working long hours which is very convenient. Located near Sharjah indian school and there kacha parking and al available nearby to park and parking won't be of an big issue for visitors, apart from visa medical they have other vaccination facilities also here.

The only thing to be noted is that to avoid this place if it is raining, since it located inside and is in lower area so much of water logging will be there if rained and there are even chances of getting stuck inside also...
