So this is interesting...
Last Friday, we were in the electronics section looking for earphones for my grandpa (he was with us on his wheelchair).
We had a few questions regarding the earphones and we asked if someone is working. The Samsung rep there tried to assist a little but he was not from Carrefour. God bless him.
However, he tried asking someone to come assist us. No response.
We then asked some of the workers to come and assist us and they all ignored.
So we asked the cashier (who wasn't that far away) that we need someone to assist us (to ask a few questions on certain earphones for my grandpa)... and the cashier was like "break break". We were like "WHAT? BREAK? NO ONE TO ASISST?"...... he was like "guy is on his break" and he literally ignored us. That is when we unfortunately had to escalate the matter and had to yell at the entire staff to bring the supervisor.
THAT WAS UNPROFESSIONAL. I was surprised at how low his response was and how this was handled. So are you telling me that only the guy at the dedicated section can assist? Are we in 1990????? It seems that MAF have a lot of work...

Located in Level 2 (first floor) of the mall, the nearest direct entrance will be first level parking entrance C and from the ground floor it will be entrance C and G. Parking is huge and free for customers, there is no time limit for parking also.
