I was really excited to visit this restaurant with my aunt, as I’m a big fan of this place. Unfortunately, our experience was far from satisfying.

We were the first to arrive, yet our order was delayed by nearly an hour. What was even more surprising was that customers who arrived after us received their orders before we did. It was quite embarrassing, especially since I had been sure the experience would be excellent, as it usually is. The manager came to apologize for the delay, but honestly, what happened was just unacceptable.

When our food finally arrived, we discovered they had forgotten to bring us one of the dishes we ordered. Initially, we decided to remove it from the bill, but the waiter then told us he hadn’t even written it on the bill in the first place. To top it all off, the waiter handed us the bill for another table, and we were asked to pay it again.

This was a really frustrating experience, especially considering the restaurant’s good reputation. I hope they improve their customer service and order management in the future.

I came here for the second time now. This branch is truly disappointing in service and food quality. Came and asked for 2 manaesh (zaatar cheese with white and multicereal bread) mentioning several times to have it extra toasted. What I get is 2 zaatar manaesh only 30 minutes later when I was told it will be done in 10 and the order was wrong. Beyond that - they repeated the order and gave it white barely toasted nothing close to well done or extra toasted.

Last time I came I asked if they had falafel pieces, the staff agreed without focus and what we got was a falafel sandwich. When I told him what about pieces he said they dont do them.

I dont think this branch's staff are enough in number and service quality is poor.

Orders were written on notes then taken to the ipad! Totally unacceptable and unprofessional.
