You’ll need to provide your SEWA account number, Emirates ID, move-out date, and IBAN for the security deposit refund. Upload Required Documents Prepare and upload the following: • Emirates ID • Proof of property ownership or tenancy • No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the landlord or relevant authority • Original deposit payment receipt • Clearance certificate from Sharjah Municipality (if applicable)    Await Final Meter Reading and Bill SEWA will dispatch a technician to record the final meter readings. Read moreThere shouldn’t be any star for them,worst Customer service ever,pathetic customer service,delayed and incomplete response over the emails,the phone support doesn’t know anything,the number they’d shared were never answered,i’ve been to other service centers in Sharjah and they were fine..its more then months NOW and they have not refunded our DEPOSIT money,every thing was done on time,Municipality and sewa clearance,as per the guy sitting at the main reception where he was issuing the tokens ,asked me show the air-ticket,no air ticket,no token ,go submit it Online,he was not willing to even listen that i am relocating,request submitted online which includes all the required details and nothing happened YET ,When you need the new connection you can’t get it without deposit,you don’t pay the bill,you immediately start getting the notifications…and then when it comes to your money,they want you to act like a beggar,i have never experienced this ever before in Sharjah with SEWA.
