I was hesitant to visit this Tasheel branch after reading many negative reviews, but my experience turned out to be excellent. Everything went smoothly — even the medical test assistant kindly helped me just because I asked a few questions.

I had to return another day for some paperwork, and I accidentally left my wallet behind. It had AED 600 and several credit and debit cards inside. A kind gentleman named M. Tarek tried to reach me for an entire day, but I had missed his calls because I was asleep. When I finally saw the missed calls, I called back and was asked to come in.

This is Tasheel located within the SEWA center where you can use the normal Tasheel services as usual. I have visited here for payment of municipality fees and the service was satisfactory, although there was one lady in the counter she was very attentive and fast, the person in the entry reception counter was also helpful and provided proper guidance. The place is a bit congested and seating area is limited, token system is followed to attend customer. I would suggest visiting this place afternoon session since morning hours can be crowded and rush,. Yesterday date 29th december 2022 thursday i took token 1862 at 1 pm and waited for my turn . My token didnt come till 9 pm finally they closed the office and said come next day same token will be used for 50% discount on tenancy contract attestation which ends december 31st . ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ They should never give token for the work when they cannot complete or if the number of people is high.
