Fri 3 dec 2021 Belper branch . I was in Superdrug this afternoon , when the manager was confronted by a group of persons 3 male and 2 female , they were very abusive to the manager accused her of following them around the shop keeping an eye on them, she was doing her job. Then they began ( especially one guy ) to pick an argument with her and verbally accusing her saying that her job was just to stack shelves for a pittance etc etc , these persons were very threatening in this approach , but she stood her ground and asked them to leave again and again , I want to say how well she handled the situation as they eventually left the shop , she was quite shook up , it’s is such a shame that people that work in shops serving the public have to , or are expected to be subjected to this kind of behaviour, well done to this lady, as they were intimidating her , and she refused to let them . I hope that Superdrug is proud of their staff , as no one should have to deal with that kind of abuse . She and her staff are worth double what...
