Best to avoid really. I took my mower for a service, was called to say it would be nearly £200 (which I agreed) and then was called to say that it would be £300, there was no speed control and did I want to spend so much on such an old mower. I paid £15 to get it back but it just ran at max RPM which is a new problem, so I talked to the owner who said that it needed a new governor which required an engine strip so that was the reason for the cost increase. Read morePopped in today and was horrified at the state of the fish, particularly tank 50 with 24 dead fish 6 more dying and probably more but couldn't see properly because of the state of the tank. 2 dead fish were actually suspended half way down cocooned in mould. Would of taken a photo but didn't have my phone with me. Upon reporting this to a staff member was told the heater had blown??!!! Wouldn't that kill all fish?! Read moreThe entrance drive way say's it all. They can't even be bothered to maintain a road worthy surface to their entrance gates. You have to pick your way around the massive potholes and loose rubble on the road. Once inside the mower section you are totally ignored and blanked. So don't worry about spending £450 there for a new mower and getting customer service for advice as it won't happen....
