Very disappointed with our visit for breakfast. We ordered 1 full breakfast with no mushrooms, well cooked bacon & extra hashbrowns and sausage, egg, chips & beans. First of all, my food arrived at the table with mushrooms still on the plate and bacon practically uncooked. Server took the food back to the kitchen & returned, my plate looked the same minus all the mushrooms with 1 still remaining on the plate, bacon still the same. At this point we just decided to eat so we could leave, to then notice my friend had bacon, egg, chips & beans- not the sausage she had ordered. We informed the server who said she can let the kitchen know and we just said to leave it as there were too many things wrong. Bacon was not eaten on neither plate! Our food was barely warm all apart from the chips which were hot. I am very disappointed and would not return. £18 wasted down the drain. And not even a single apology for more than...

Went to this Cafe for a take away this morning waited ages for my food got it back to work and my order was wrong. Went back explained that it was wrong and is all the girl wanted to do was to argue that she got it right. showing me what she had on the receipt not my fault she cant tell the difference between a egg and a sausage, finally managed to get it sorted out no sorry an poor customer service, Food was disappointing People make mistakes in life but its the way they sort them out makes...

very poor customer service and rude. They didn't have any non dairy alternatives or herbals and the manager statad it wasn't her problem if a customer has an intollerence. After already paying for meal and hot drink which was over £9.00 the manager over reacted to a request to bring a cup of hot water accusing customer of wanting to use their own tea bag . There was a level of discriminatory behaviour and unprofessionalism very poor customer service - won't recommend...
