Giving them one star because the food is nice. Their customer service is the worst, I don’t normally leave review but I can’t sleep without expressing how I feel. We went there for a party, the staff or should I say the lady with the nose ring, she is rude, has no manners and I am not sure why she working there. Food was late which I didn’t mind but the customer service need serious improvement. They talk to you as if your dumb or have no brain, took two hrs to get a drink. On our way out while talking to the birthday guest who was the host of the party the rude girl I mentioned earlier felt the need to scream on top of her voice to tell us she needs to go pass, she spent most of her time giving most people evil stares and a few people complained about her attitude. I should have known from the outside it was not going to be great, half the sign was missing and it didn't look like there was a restaurant inside. The food...first of all be prepared to wait for up to an hour. Me and my friend both ordered rice dishes so you would have thought that would have been quick. It was a Thursday evening so not exactly rushed off their feet. The food didn't taste fresh and it just didn't taste like how it should. They used to be amazing but the last few times I have ordered has been an unpleasant experience. Yesterday, the worst of all. You need to call the telephone number to make an order. Rang for 20 minutes and nobody answered the phone. Decided to drive down to order. When the food came out, the soup/stew was cold (this was supposed to have been just made). The shaki in the stew was so hard that it had to be thrown in the bin. The stew for the abula was supposed to be an assorted meat stew but you could mistake it for a predominantly shaki stew.
