I placed an order on a Saturday. I received an automated email which said - "We only dispatch Monday to Friday so if you place an order at the weekend we will dispatch on Monday." Fair enough. Based on that, I expected it to be dispatched on Monday. It was almost end of business hours on Monday but the tracking number did not work. I called them to check if it was dispatched. No one picked up the call for 4 times. A lady picked the call 5th time and she said, "We are busy today and hence your order will be dispatched tomorrow. We can only do so much in a day". (No apologies) When I quoted the email from them which says it will be dispatched on Monday if the order is placed on a weekend, she then said, "would you like a refund?" (No apologies for the delay) She later asked for my postcode and checked with someone and confirmed that my order was dispatched earlier on that day. Thanks for that. But did you really offer to refund me for an item that was already dispatched? Lol :D Poor customer service!!! I will not order from them again.

On the day of order the Sales Rep was friendly and helpful and I was promised a delivery of 3-5 days from order, for both washing machine and Tall larder fridge. Six weeks later it finally was delivered. This was with a lot of stress and frustration. I was constantly having to chase them up for information, were I would be promised each time it would be in with them the next day and be let down. Three times I requested to speak to the owner, each time being refused because he was too busy, which was pathetic excuse. All he would offer through his sales reps a token £30 being taken off my very large bill. CS Supplies is a company that prides in quality customer service and care, I experienced none.
