Because I wanted to support a local business, I sent someone to show them pictures of the food the next day. I didn't ask for a refund or replacement., just wanted them to be aware of it. They were busy telling me that I couldn't get another one. Did I was one!!?? Definitely not!!

Ordered 3 items on Uber Eats and once they had dropped off the food, I realised they had not given me one of the orders correctly. I had ordered a Sizzler Boneless Loaded Box Meal which meant I should have had 3 spicy wings and 3 strips including a side which I had chosen beans. The burger was wrong I believe it was tikka, there were no wings just bites and no side order. Thought it wouldn’t be an issue so I rang them up and instead the delivery driver who had dropped the order off ‘Mohammed Moheeb’ answered the phone and 1) was incredibly rude, no sort of customer service awareness and 2) had the audacity to try and fob me off saying I was incorrect and had order the wrong box meal however I had the receipt in front of me. Customer service over the phone was ok and the delivery arrived at the time stated by the place, however the portion sizes are very small. We ordered a large doner and chips and a single fillet burger, and in turn received fries and what looked more like a regular size of doner, which wasn't enough for our family. The chips came in the burger box so we assumed that maybe they thought we ordered a burger meal as an extra can was sent in too, but we did clearly state that we wanted to order doner and chips, with a separate single burger.
