Mackadown Chippy — Restaurant in Birmingham

Have used this chippy regularly for years but after last few orders being cold and the mishap tonight will never use again. Ordered at 630pm, didn’t have anything by 8pm so called. Apparently the machine didn’t print the order. I work in a similar industry so understand accidents happen. Lady said she would pack the order and send it straight out. Got a call after 6 mins from a different woman saying they didn’t have the food we ordered but that she could offer us a bottle of pop. At this point I asked if she was joking to which I was told it wasn’t their fault. A bit disappointed with the food that I was given last time. Iv been coming here for 2 years and never had problems until yesterday I was served a very narrow undercooked fish. I ordered large cod and regular chips the lady in the till asked me to wait for 7 mins which I did and took the food home as I opened the fish paper the batter was all stuck to the paper and super soggy. This is one of our favourite chip shops EVER, every time we order the food is on point even tho its around a 15 minute drive to us the food always arrives piping hot and fresh. This shop never disappoints... The chicken is always juicy and fresh. Delivery guy always happy and chatty an a pleasure to speak too.
