Saying AVOID just isn't enough. Perhaps the most shocking buyer experience to date.

Bought an item from them – waited for 1+ month and never received it. No refunds, no understanding of your legal responsibilities as a seller are and what the consumer act is. Not even a slightest attempt to provide a customer service – all they want is to get your money and then I swear it's like they don't know you anymore. Basically a bazaar style trade. Read other reviews – they all say the same thing. Now in a legal battle with this so called 'business'.

Consider buying from them? Go straight to their t&c which is literally a heap of nonsense such as a 20% restocking fee (isn't even legal in the UK). To sum up, the furious responses from the business owner to each of the 1 star reviews here give you a sense of the experience you may expect if you are unlucky enough to be buying from them.

After all my efforts to reach out to these people I doubt that this review will make any difference. Nevertheless an FYI – if you finally hear me and give me my refund I will consider changing this. Otherwise I hope this review will save some people (the more the better) from having to go thorough the trouble of dealing with...

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY I can not warn you enough. After buying a spare part for my candy floss machine which unfortunately arrived damaged I sent this back at my cost. Then a new part was sent out. The new part was completely different in size and not fit for purpose again I sent this back at my cost. There was never an apology and no one would speak to me. Finally I received an email from Maroof U who said they would refund but take 20% admin return charge!!! Absolutely ridiculous. Finally after hiding behind his emails (would never speak to me on the phone) agreed to 10% admin return but no refund on my postage. Please please please be careful of this company spent nearly £2000 with them received some of the wrong items and the young boy on the phone when I called to ask for the issue to be resolved verbally abused me and put down the phone! Considering how much I spent and it was such a little issue I was soo shocked! Each time I spoke to him he had the worst attitude wish I hadn’t of ordered with them. Some of the stock was also opened and not packaged safely which we can’t afford in a pandemic like this. Considering I own a shop and could of been a repeating customer that spent 1000s more with them really showed they don’t give a care about customers or customer service they are money hungry verbally abusive...
