Order through just eat so you are covered Me and my friend regularly use this place, we were together one night and decided to order on their app as they usually ask us to, we ordered over £70 worth of food, changed the delivery address to my address instead of my friends and placed our order About an hour later she had a call off the delivery driver he was trying to deliver to the wrong address even though on the app it definitely wasn’t that address abd was my address, we phoned the restaurant and the woman on the phone said they sometimes have trouble with the app, we will have to pay £1.50 for it to be delivered to us (baring in mind the other address is a only 5 min walk from the takeaway) When she questioned why should she pay as it was the apps fault a man then came on the phone shouting saying that she needs to pay £3.50 (went up from £1.50 originally) for the driver to bring the food and it had to be cash (we ordered on the app because we didn’t have any cash so paid upfront for the food anyway) the driver got to the actual address pretty fast between him calling us and us calling the restaurant and then obviously by the time the food got here it wasn’t as hot as it should have been

Read moreWe have been regular customers here for 9 years, yet tonight when I called to complain my order was wrong (which half the time it is but we've continued to order here as it's tasty) I was greeted by the most rude, arrogant man I have ever had the misfortune to deal with. Not only did he not understand basic English, but he kept interrupting me when I tried to explain what the error was. No matter how many times I asked him to just let me explain without interruption, he continued to interrupt me and talk over me. He ended up saying they did not want my business anymore, and hung up on me! So when they get your order wrong, which they will if you want anything slightly different from what they make (in this instance no beansprouts in the chicken chow, but keep them in the plain) I wouldn't bother complaining, as they don't want to know. This place isn't the same since the lady on the phones left! Rude, nasty man!

Read moreI work part time in a restaurant myself so I never try to be negative to other restaurants and I know how important customer service is. The food came on time but I ordered a lot for one person. So I split it up and ate half of it as soon as the food came and the other half at midnight. To my surprise there was a long black strand of hair in my mouth from one of the meals. As I am black woman I know my hair texture and I knew it wasn’t mine. I then waited to call them the next day when their opened. Hoping to get a replacement for chow mien I couldn’t finish because of the hair. They told me I should have a called them as soon as I found it. I tried to explain to them they were closed by the time I found out. They basically called me a liar and said why didn’t I eat the food earlier. I told them I ordered a big meal and I had split up the food to eat later. After going back and forth I figured it wasn’t going to get resolved. Didn’t get my money back or even a replacement for the food.
