Go Ape Cannock came as a group of 13 to Rush today and we had an absolutely brilliant time! We came for the 12 o’clock session and was greeted by some very friendly staff. They issued our socks and we had a brief and just like that we were underway. We had half an hour to explore the many activities that were on offer and to tire our selves out (which didn’t take long). As this was a corporate booking we had the offer of taking part in team games to enhance our teams cohesion which we did and the competition was evident throughout us all. I want to send a massive shoutout to my team captain Amy! She was incredibly polite, professional and helpful when explaining the rules of each activity. Her smile was infectious and she made our visit that much better! (Sorry I disappointed you on the battle beam) Thanks Rush Birmingham! Looking forward to seeing you at our place!

Great fun. Kids love all the different activities and space. We've been to others and layout wise as well as lighting wise it's the best. One small thing, I saw the court monitors telling kids with different trampoline socks to get their parents and buy Rush's own socks. I know it's business but they should have picked up from the start as monitors need to look at bands and let the group in. I'd be upset if 10 minutes of my allocated hour was used to go back in line to buy socks. There might be signs around saying you need to buy their socks, but I didn't notice. So if you go, which I recommend, make sure you have the right socks. Also, they have a great promotion now for 8.99 membership a month. £108 for a year of jumping seems great. If I'm wrong with the promotion, sorry. I just saw it on the way out and didn't read any further.

We have been to rush before, but just for an hours jump. Our experience was quite a positive one, the kids loved it, so we decided to book a party for our sons 7th Birthday. My review is purely down to my opinion on the party package & not my previous visit.

We were disappointed almost instantly. The lady that initially took our birthday booking over the phone was incompetant & didn't get all the details down. So we received a call from another member of staff a few days later who had to rectify things. A bit confusing to say the least, considering I'd never booked a party with rush before.

The party for 10 children was very expensive but we honestly thought it would be worth it. A bit annoyed you have to pay 20p on top for every invitation, you would think that this was covered by the £205 fee, but obviously not.

Arriving at the party desk I felt welcomed by the staff & was introduced to our party host, who was more than happy to help & made things run smoothly. So at this point we were very happy. So far a similar experience to before. But...

Now this is where I am disappointed, so much so I will never book a party here again.

We are taken to our party room by our host after an hour of the kids jumping & shown to a very plain, boring, small, clinical room. Nothing really very special just adequate. On the table were just some sandwiches with a bit of lettuce/cucumber/tomatoes scattered around for decoration, some cocktail sausages & scotch eggs. Not really an ideal selection for even adults let alone young children that are extremely fussy. The host then brought some crisps in which was a bit more like it, & the children literally dived on them. Thinking the selection of food was poor I was satisfied in thinking that there would be more brought in but there wasn't. Slightly disappointed I relied on the dessert selection to fill them up, as the children didn't really seem interested in eating much more than just the crisps.

As there was food left over I decided to let the adults pick. Well, that was the point I realised this party is nowhere near worth the price we paid. The food was just awful. The cheese was like playdough, the sausages were like rubber & all in all the quality of the food was that poor I wouldn't even want to feed it to my dogs!

I was then asked if I wanted the cake to be brought through. Shocked to say the least as this made it pretty obvious that this would be all the food served. Not what you expect from a party priced at £20 per head. Everyone knows children love pudding, a party without pudding for children is like a party with no alcohol for adults! Totally shocked, I had to use the cupcakes I'd bought for the children's party bags so at least they had pudding. It was the least I could do to ensure the children had actually eaten something.

By 1:20pm we were literally ready to leave even though I assumed the party lasted until 2pm! I had to call parents & change arrangements so they could come & collect their children early. Upon leaving, the host handed some very plain & boring ice lollies out that started melting before we'd even left the party room. Terrible.

All in all, a bit of a failure as a party & we won't be making the same mistake again. Considering you can get a party for less than half this, yet double the food plus party games elsewhere. It's just not worth coming back.

A decent place to jump but that's about it & that's where my review ends...

I visited this park with my family(husband, two sons and daughter)25/8/18 First impression is that the park is funky and quirky with plenty of activities for all to enjoy!it also has a decent car park!We went to the desk and as this was our first visit we were told to go over to the waiver desks,we did this and was helped by a member of staff on what to do!Wen then went back to the main desk to pay our entry fee!The cost of our visit was £89.00.That was for 1hour and 30minutes And 4 pairs of rush socks!!Nothing else was purchased!I think this is absolutely disgusting to be honest! If we had of been 1hour earlier the cost for a family of 4 is £39.00!So because the sky goes a bit darker the prices rocket!Ridiculous and unfair!A visit for families is not taken into consideration for after dark fun!Now I’m going to leave feedback about a member of staff who completely ruined our visit! Not one member of staff to be seen at all on a piece of equipment so my son went over with his little sister,he lifted her up onto the foam pad to get ready to use the swing,by this time I have joined them!A member of staff came over looked at me and said”you have no right to do this” I said my kids want to have a go and she looks at us with a snotty look on her face and says “you can have one go” !!Fuming is an understatement!!How dare she be so rude to a genuine customer that has just stood and watched her hard working husband pay £89.00 for his family to have some family fun together? She has absolutely no right or grounds to be so unprofessional!I have looked through the terms and conditions and I DO NOT SEE where it says “one swing only” And that is exactly what has happened! If she was busy or needed elsewhere then she could have got on her walkie talkie and asked for assistance! But no,she took it upon herself to come over and be rude!I went to the main desk to complain! The girl went to get the manager for me!I spoke with the manager who did listen to my complaint but I don’t feel it was taken seriously!A measley slush puppy for my kids was the apology!I don’t think anything was or will be said to that member of staff!I will not hand out decent money just to be disappointed!Such a pity as we live very close to the park I have 3 kids that love this place and I like my kids to keep active and this place is perfect for that! But as I said earlier,my husband works hard and is on a normal wage like most families and we cannot afford to even risk the chance of a second visit! We will go to where we have not been disappointed!so disappointing! I recommend avoiding this place if you can’t afford to...

My boy had a birthday party yesterday and please dont hold any party here.

100% wont recommend and absolutely will not ask friends and parents hold a birthday party if someone asks. Also, wont go to have any jump in times in the rest of the life. We threw away the free ticket of jumping for birthday boy, the experience made us really devastating and my boy was sad. If someone wants to book, should think before twice, expensive, bad experience, low end food, only 3 big pizzas, chocolate coins each child and two jars of very diluted squash and one jar of water 😂

Time taking for filling the disclaimer admin work was 25 mins 25 mins 25 mins 25 mins and made the children playing time less 15 mins, original jumping time was 1 hour. Finally the staff telling us its our responsibility as did tell us for coming earlier at 15mins, all children arrived at 10mins earlier. It proves the staff training was not enough and the time delayed. Its not fair for paying £200 with 15 mins deducted playing time and only 45 mins jumping time with only pizza, uv light room, chocolates, coins and thats it.

Booked in through the phone by staff and did mention to us its included uv face painting and thinking its also worth as there were price variance compared to the normal one. Parent did tell the birthday children and guests, finally its told its not included, guest children asked for why there were no uv face painting as mentioned. Just the stickers and its not worth for money, also no giving for the child’s big day. Extra £20 spending was only with the uv light and somehow feeling being cheated by this company.

The squash was drinking feel like as water as very diluted and many children did mention it after the party. Its finished the squash and requested to fill up and its been told not allowed supply and only orange juice, then when we got the orange juice, its again DILUTED 😂😂 the situation was two jar of very diluted squash and one jar of water for 10 children 😂😂😂 the 2L concentrated squash only £2 😂selling in supermarket 😂😂

The chips the front desk telling us to top up was £1 each child and did charge us £3 per child in the food and beverage bar, we did mention it to and its be charged back £1 each child. All arrangements and communication was chaos and its nightmare for charging a chip £3 per child 😂😂 with the children holding a party here if we didnt request to.

The pizza and chips sending to room, no utensils to clip and only used by hands 😂😂

I can only say the best thing were the two free drinks. Thats it!!!!!!

If I can give zero star, I would give zero 😂, very...
