At last I finally beat my brother this afternoon with a steady (but not brilliant) round of 71! There’s a reason why, as a local Fylde based business, I am incredibly proud to support this fellow local business by sponsoring hole 7 of this fine Mini-links course. Andy and Stacey put in an awful lot of effort, not only to maintain this course in such great condition, but also the programmes they put on to encourage youngsters to play. Appalling, charged full price for myself and partner 16.00 with clubs walked past pay kiosk then saw signs saying greens closed for repair and other excuses for what can only be described as miniature cabbage patch temporary greens with proper greens fenced off gave up after 4 holes totally unplayable When cashier was challenged in kiosk he just shrugged his shoulders and said see the sign which was adjacentent 1st tee after payment Say 20k spent no evidence of any improvements at...

Sorry to say I wasn't very impressed with our visit. I understand it's a little pitch and putt and it's the end of a dry summer but the greens were very battered. Almost lumpy soil in some areas.

More annoyingly I had to pay for a 2 year old who was just walking round. The course rules stated no spectators which it's fair enough if those are the rules. It's just disappointing no common sense is employed and instead I felt forced to pay for a 2 year old as I was on my own...
