The place is a little run down now compared to most competitors but been a few times previously as they occasionally have good offers on and had a good time (hence 2 star rather than1). However, we had a terrible experience tonight and won't be back. Very understaffed with just one marshall for the entire track and to deliver the safety briefing. He was very ill mannered and unfriendly from the off which just made us feel really uneasy and unwelcome. It's bizarre to think we paid for the experience. The fumes from the karts are not being extracted properly and you can literally taste it as soon as you walk in the door. We'd planned to take a family group along tonight but so relieved we didn't in the end as it would have have given them a very negative and unrealistic view of what...

Lovely circuit where you can speed round bends. Easy to book and friendly helpful staff. Booked family in for a birthday, you have to pay extra for gloves and head covering for hygiene purposes unless you have your own. Quick and easy briefing and then into overalls (which could do with a wash) which were well worn and a but smelly. So was contemplating on giving 4.5 stars. But had a great time overall, there were quite a few safety stoppages otherwise the circuit was fast. The circuit is better for adults or older children I would say. Maybe a bit too fast for younger ones. Lap times are printed out for you at the end as well as sent by email.

There is a laser tag room but not sure what that is like. Perhaps the business missed an opportunity to upsell. Great place and...

The track is excellent and the facilities are top.

However, the marshals have piss poor attitudes. I always feel a little is understandable if you have had to deal with morons crashing all day and so on you would get tired of people. But they were really unfriendly/unsociable it was as though they wanted everyone in and out asap. They definitely made you feel unwelcome and uninvolved with the place.

On top of that you have to pay a lot for little add on things other tracks I've been to do for free with any package you buy (i.e podium presentations, time added on for stoppages etc).

If you forget about the really poor customer service I'd definitely recommend going though, I guess the main thing you go for is the track and...
