The Venue — Restaurant in Borough of Pendle

It's been roughly 2 years (pre-covid) since I truly went out with the lads! Honestly drinks were great, service was spot on in the early hours (showed up for like 7:45) but then the service went down hill. I was told it was table service, which me and my friends respected. We waited for 30 minutes with every 10 minutes reminding them we wanted to buy just a couple pints. We returned our glasses as good will because we were sobering up so well. I waited half an hour and switch tables to see if there was a change. The staff were checking snap chats knowing full well we just wanted another round. Been venue before but honestly, we went it buzzed and came out more sober than a nun after Sunday pray. Please work on this...

Visited venue last night with a couple of friends, table service was on, thought great not having to wait at the bar, we got served, then as we finished our drinks thought we would stay longer, so tried to get some attention to order more but nothing, noticed the girls were on there phones all the time, this was getting annoying, went to the bar and asked if we could get someone over to take out order, she said she would send someone over but nothing, they were still playing on there phones, absolutely terrible service, why bother coming to the venue when they can't be bothered to serve you, being on there mobile phones instead of working!
