I recently ordered a pizza from Domino's Pizza and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. I added a garlic dip to my order through the app, paying extra for it. However, upon receiving the pizza, I found that it already included a garlic dip, albeit one that was opened and smeared over the box. When I raised this issue with the delivery driver, he offered either a refund or a replacement dip. I opted for a refund since I had paid extra for it unknowingly.
Later, upon inspecting the pizza, I noticed it was slanted and appeared to be missing a slice, with the pieces broken and clustered in one corner. I called the Domino's Pizza store to address this, and a staff member assured me they would remake the pizza to ensure everything was right. However, I received another call from a different staff member, who rudely implied that I had complained before and demanded that I return all the items before they would provide a new pizza.
This experience left me feeling extremely dissatisfied and disrespected. Despite one staff member's attempt to rectify the situation, the rude and accusatory behavior from the other staff member tarnished the overall experience. There were a few more people that also complained about the price as the display with the discount is right at the front of the restaurant. Hopefully, the display will be changed on time or the cashiers will be informed that the restaurant has a working discount right at the front.
