Hold King — Local services in Bradford

honestly this is by far the worst place I've ever got a chinese from. ordered special schezuan which is a large container. I had barely any meat and mostly the crispy vegetable tofu type that tastes of wood. after I had picked out all of that and got to taste the rest I thought I'd just ate pure salt. I asked for (dry) shredded crispy beef and instead I got crispy beef in sweet and sour sauce. I dont know if it was a different chef or if it's because of lockdown but I can never trust to eat from here again! ended up throwing it all away and ordering elsewhere, when I got the food from there it was hot, had plenty of chicken beef etc the rice was light and not burned and I didnt need to drink a litre of water to quench thirst after all the salt. Absolutely disgusting customer service I ordered my takeaway and I was told it would be delivered with in 50 minutes to an hour to only get a text 15 minutes later saying we cannot deliver your food due to it being busy and that it’s too far even tho it’s only a 16 minute drive from the takeaway, I will not be ordering food from here again I think the staff are incredibly arrogant and need be more switched on when...
