My reason for the poor review isn’t the food at Papa John’s, but the payment system they use online. I noticed today that £75 has been taken from my account in £15 monthly payments since the start of the year. The bank details I used for Papa John’s have been used by CompleteSavers where my ‘membership email’ I have now discovered was sent to my spam emails. They claim I selected the option to save £6.85 on my next order which apparently enrolled me into a membership, but I never selected the savings option as I thought it could be dodgy, yet I still have been charged. Read moreThe resteraunt has being delivering to me over the last 2 to 3 months and have hundreds of pounds. Tonight they cancelled my order and tried telling me it's too far and they only deliver upto a 3 mile radius. All in all they shouldn't be showing on my just eat. Also the delivery drivers and very rude and complain like school children when they have to do a delivery. Like it's my fault they get paid pennies from a big company like papa John's. Read moreThe food is very good and they have high standards for sanitation. You're able to watch them make the food fresh, from making the base to put it into the oven. No grease on the pizza, and good quality dough and toppings.
The food takes around 15 minutes and can be delivered, but delivery costs extra. The items on the menu, of which there are plenty, can be pretty expensive, but there are deals to take advantage of.
