Happiness — Local services in Bristol

As a connoisseur of Chinese cuisine, my recent experience at ‘Happiness’ left me with a lot less happiness than when I came in - should be called Disappointment if im being honest. The evening started with promising aromas of sizzling stir-fry but quickly unraveled into a comedic tragedy fit for a bad sitcom.

Upon diving into my chow mein, I unearthed an unexpected treasure - a pair of pants! Yes, you read that right. Apparently, their idea of "authentic flavors" includes a side of cotton blend. I suppose I should be thankful it wasn't a full wardrobe.

The staff's response was as rehearsed as a bad comedy act. "Oh, you found our secret ingredient!" they joked, failing to grasp the seriousness of finding textile accessories in one's dinner. They offered to replace the dish, but after the pants incident, I wasn't sure if I wanted to discover what other surprises awaited in their kitchen.

In addition to the culinary calamity, the ambiance was about as inviting as a damp sock. Dim lighting did little to hide the worn-out decor, and the music seemed to be stuck on a loop from the '80s, much like their hygiene standards.

In conclusion, Happiness should stick to food ingredients and leave the fashion statements to the professionals. Until they clean up their act (and their kitchen), this establishment won't be getting any standing ovations from me - unless it's for the most creatively disastrous dining experience...

Waited over 2 hrs for food delivery. Was told it was on its way after 1hr 29 minutes. Terrible service not first time we have had issues perhaps they should stop delivery all together. Refused to take my call at 2 hrs so i could cancel and go elsewhere. Shockingand most of the reveiws are not from customers at all Just eat will be sent this reveiw and perhaps people will be able to save themselves from stress of trying to buy food at night!!! How can you have 7000 teveiws and uey cant delivery s simple selection 1 mile...

I always order several things from here but for me its always a beef curry tonight was a great let down i could count four small pieces of beef but extra curry sauce,Full in the tub to the brim but i didnt pay for sauce lots of onion though but where was my beef ,As in the title i ordered a beef curry ,I doubt i will order again or recommend as i have in the past ,What a shame for us local people i always try to support a...
