Horrible experience, ordered for delivery and got told would be delivered between 19.55-20.15.Arrived home at 19.40 and waited until 20.25, then rang and asked where the food was, he said they had been to our house but nobody home, told him we were home as we should he said I resend, around 21.00 the delivery arrived, cold, soggy, with some liquid running out of it🤮Chips cold an completely soggy, this food had been driving around for at least 1.5 hour!!!!! Inedible!!! Called to complain and owner said come in next day and we give you another, so we went all the way there from Hainford just to be met by the most rude owner who said it was our fault, food could be delivered much earlier than time given, what?????His attitude was horrendous!!!! We tried a couple of pieces of the kebab before it all went in the bin, those couple of pieces made me so ill for 2 days!!!! NEVER...

1Not impressed. Service fast was a plus, no customer interaction. Walked in, nobody acknowledged me even though I was the only customer in the shop. Gave my name, charged £19 for two kebabs (bit steep for what you get compared to other shops) had my change thrown at me, chicken not properly cooked and what I can only describe as chicken juice (or blood) in the bottom of the box. Very little salad, pitta bread on top so not actually used and tasted strange. Stomach upset 3 hours after eating and been on the loo all night off and on and same today. Unfriendly greeting? Should have realised that this was the high point! Portion size was very small. The smallest pitta bread in the world, hardly any meat. Meat was nice. Sauce was cheap bottled stuff and tasted horrible. All 3 meals almost made inedible due to their disgusting sauce that the meal was flooded in. Chips were ok but a very small portion again.
