Ordered some food at 7:30PM, the food arrived 1 hour and half later nearly double the amount of time I was originally quoted, when the order did arrive, the food was OK, however I was missing half of my order, when I contacted the restaurant about this they told me it would be around 40 minutes till my full order arrived, 40 minutes had passed and still no sign I again contacted the restaurant, I was told that the driver was on his way, I checked about 30 minutes later the restaurant had closed and my food had not arrived, they had taken my money and not refunded any of the money that had been spent, I am utterly disgusted in the customer...

Ordered 2 pizzas one of them was wrong I ordered ham and mushroom and I received a ham and pineapple so I rang up and explained that the order was wrong and that i couldn't eat it due to being allergic to pineapple, the excuse was they were busy but that's no excuse as I told them and instead of saying I'm sorry I will replace it as soon as possible all I got was a guy with attitude saying we'll what do you want me to do about it so I had to tell him I wanted it replacing after playing 7.50 for it and his response was oh okay I shall do. £31 down the drain chicken is really minging. Very cheaply bought. The American burger I had a bite and was literally sick. Could not eat any more it was way to horrible beef and dead sweet because of all the sauces they just chucked on. They should have been put in tubs. Would not come again the sizzling chicken wings were all black in the middle. Gutted watse of money i don't have. And I hate it how all the chicken places now just throw the chips on the chicken it really ruins it put them in paper...
